I know it is nearly midway through this challenge, but I am too eager to wait and I have some good momentum. I (re)joined a gym today and I have a running date for tomorrow. I know nothing about gaming and even the phrase "leveling up" has me very confused so I am just going to focus on my quest for now! Main Quest Really start working out, gain significant muscle and endurance, and feel proud of my body. Missions 1. Strength train 2x per week, and run/swim 2x per week 2. Read about / get professional instruction on proper technique 3. No candy at work, no beer or mixed drinks outside of work Life Goal Start going to saunas regularly, especially with friends. Motivation Treat my body well. Allow it to perform up to its amazing potential. I do have a photo of my motivation notecard on the wall, but am having technical difficulties posting it. But it's there!
