  1. Thanks Knightwatch, I need all the help I can get. Today is Labor Day and my first day of the 6 week Challenge. Ate Paleo for breakfast, took my measurements, photo, and I am off to the gym for my strength training. Will post all my stats today and picture to keep myself accountable. Any tips would be appreciated. I am getting the Rebel Guide for help getting started. Watched some of his videos and tried a few exercises so I know what I am in for and excited to get started.
  2. 1. Paleo only 2. Weight training 3x a week 3. Cardio 2x a week 4. Post a picture with measurements on Day One and at 3 and 6 weeks 5. Post daily 6. Take my lunch daily to work 7. Buy new outfit on week 6 if one size smaller
