  1. I really like the idea of breaking it into smaller groups... I try not to be on the internet so much in this challenge and it's hard enought to follow all challenges of the people in my thread. Adding a lot more people would be really hard.

  3. 191.2 lbs by this weight -in. Just 0.6 lbs less than last week, but it goes down. And if I take into consideration that I had a pretty bad week it is really good.
  4. Pretty much just beeeeeh.... WEEK TWO M - Iron met goals T - Study >30 min, Protein and Iron met goals W - less than 3 h internet THR -Yoga F - protein met goals S - >30 min study, less than 3 h internet S -BBWW, >30 min study Bear: Just 1 Wo this week.... I just let it slip. Will work out more next week! Cat: Same as bear. Tree: both parameters just 2 times met... okay, but can definitely do better. Like last week... Owl: study met the goal this time, internet is 60% It kind of looks like I can do either exercise and food or study very well and meet all the goals. If so I'd concentrate on study first because I still have two deadlines. I'll try to be in the internet for less than 3 h today too. Goal for next week: Keep study like this and do at least 2 of each workout!

  7. Weather is okay, it's just the massive thoughts and insecureness are effecting my overall mood and likelyness to do something. I still have 4 days to go this week....
  8. Are forearm planks harder than planks with long arms? I always did my planks like I would start doing push-ups the next moment
  9. Prepping the meals is so much of an easement. Looks good because of variety... I love variety.

  11. Thank you all for your feedback. I am slacking at my fitness goals right now, but doing okay on the study and internet goal. Although I must admit that I was on youtube the whole day, I used it like a audiobook while doing the kitchen and sewing room. I'd count that as less than 3 hours of internet.

  13. Exactly, and when you can't really save money by getting an ebook instead of a physical book I don't think a lot of people like it.
  14. Well, in the subject I study if you pass all the exams, you find a job. I study to become teacher. I agree that it's most important to study something you are passionate about. And that's the point at the moment.... I'm not in any way passionate about biology.... All 20 copies of the same book? You see, in my country we have fixed prices for books.... this means a ebook is usually just 1 or 2 Euro less that a paperback. In America it's different. I don't see that people stop buying hardcovers or paperback and are just buying ebooks in the future. They have their pros ( portability, easy access...) but I and one of those people who read a bokk again and again, if it's good. And then, I love hardcovers. I love to snuggle on the couch with a cup of tea, a blanket and a beautiful bound book with colored front paper and such. It's a type of art to me. I study in Berlin, Germany. What bothers me.... I don't really have interest in what I have to do.... read botany and neurology/behavior because it's taught in such a boring way and tested in stupid, read-write-and-forget type of exams. There is so much interesting stuff and it's taught in the most boring way. I'm not sure if studying is the right way for me. I'm investigating alternatives this semester.... maybe a switch of the subjet could do. If not, there are tons of other jobs in the world.... I "just" need to find the right one.
  15. I have three projects out to finish... One zipper to fix One cardigan to hem and to attach closure One Skirt to hem andzipper to fix I still search the thread in matching colors I once bought. I'm absolutely sure I have them.... somewhere... -.-
  16. Tearose, PVP are fun and super motivating! Weight-in for today: 191.8 lbs.... I took my cheat meal yesterday so it's not as low as I've seen it though the week. I've seen 190.5 lbs on the scale on wednesday . But the cheat meal was much needed for sanity. Week 2: 2.2 lbs so far
  17. I just don't have the feeling of being at the right place and that this is the right path for my future. I don't like my main subject anymore (biology) and would rather do something with literature. Or stop studying and become a bookseller or archivar....

Squats:11/12/11 wallpushups: 15/15/15 Lunges: 9+9/8+8/8+8 Rows (3 kg): 15/15/15 Plank:30/20/30 jumping jacks: 25/25/30 Mood-wise I'm really down right now and am thinking if studying really is the right thing for me.... Meeeh

  20. I signed up too. Hello, I'm Kat. Although sewing is not part of my current challenge, I don't want to give it up or neglect it. My main goal is to first, lose weight and then to get stronger and be fit for emergency like a zombie apocalypse. I sew clothes. Not good I'm just a beginner level but it's good enough to wear. I have some UFOs to finish and a lot of ideas to start. I'm a university student in Berlin, Germany.

  22. F- >30 min study, no food tracking, no WO, >3h internet Woopsie, should have done some yoga today but tried some exercises with my boyfriend that I found online. Since I have my 3 times of iron and protein completed already I didn't track food today, but will do tomorrow and the day after
