  2. Me too! I tend to shave when I have special occacions in winter, feels like pampering me because I take the time to do that, but doing it on a regular basis is just time consuming! I love collecting knowledge about pregnancy and child birth. How did you transition from your major to your nerddom for making a living?
  3. I really like that pyramide approach. It#s easy to understand and gives you a good clue when it's save to move on. I'm still sucking up all info about lifting and doing bodyweight workout as a start. I mean, how shall I squat weight if I can't even do squats with my own body weight, right?

  6. Me too! And we get up to 33°C.... had those actually last week. *melt* I looove the 30 day yoga challenge! There was just one video I didn'T like. If you look for more youtube channels, maybe search for Tara Stiles.... she's great too. And I still have to concentrate to do downward dog good. My favorite is childs pose

  9. Totally agree! Not even when you sew yourself they are consistent. This really suxx! Tearose, a lot of people just do 5 moves like press, squat etc. Are you feeling better with dumbbell training and more different excercises?
  10. Cheeeeeeesecake! In a jar! I love cake in a jar! Umm your mom's doctor did advice a masectomy without checking the lump? This is a really harsh op, for body and mind. Has your mom gotten a second optinion? Maybe a biopsy shows it's not maligne?
  11. O_O You're soooooooooooooooooooooooooo pretty! I don't really get the hair down goal I often wear my hait up because letting it down brings havoc to the hair tips and they break and feel awful.

  13. Yeah, I mean.... kids are active so they tend to hurt themselves. It's not uncommun to have a splint for kids in summer... so why nobody invented something for that? You are doing a great job with all the stress from the injuries and illnesses!

  15. Well, freelee found something the works for her. It's no wonderpill that helps all. I can't say that the vegan diet in itself helps with digestion but the avoidance of food that I can't digest properly. What these foods are everyone has to find out for his or her own
  16. I had a low on the scale yesterday. Feels soooo good although the scale can be a lier. Congratz on your chicks, sounds like you'll have more to love soon
  17. My boyfriend is the same while gaming. Since he is so concentrated on what he's doing, he totally forgets to eat and drink.... to the point where his hands are shaking! How about set an alarm on you phone to remind you? And always have a glass of water next to you. The moment you empty it you get up to refill it.

  21. W- 100% Iron, >60g Protein,<3h Internet Th-100% Iron, BBWW, <3h Internet And I had a pretty harsh experience today... I have a square of fat on my stomach. Looked quite strange. I knda freaked out a little. So.... I started telling myself all the parts of my body I love. I love my wrists and my underarms. I like my upperarms even though they could improve. I love my shoulders and collarbone. I love my decollette.... ehhh ( how do one write this again???) I love my mouth and my eyes and I really love myeye brows. I like my ankles and my feet. I love my back, I really do! Need more occasions for my backless dress. Or make some occasions I love my rear, I like it big and round, just please a little firmer. There are so much lovely things on my body. I should not freak out about a little bellyfat.
