I think it is. I hate doing that. I really do. I just never know what to do. I tried paying someone to do this for me but it didn't work out. (They charged too darn much.) Not much going on today. Did i post my zucchini soup recipe yet? I think I did. It was super delicious. IF YOU HAVE ANY IDEAS WHAT I CAN DO WITH A CRAPTON OF ZUCCHINI, TELL ME. I will pay you monies.
  2. So, today was a double date and we went to our local cider mill/orchard. This is when I discovered that cider mills are full of evil things like apple pies and doughnuts and honey and maple syrup. So.... as of now, I am strictly reinstituting a policy of Sunday cheat days. This is the day most likely to experience a lapse since my friends are, well, super unhealthy people. So double dates with them are... yeah. My friend got doughnuts for us all and I would've refused but then I started getting The Looks from them all. So I just had some for my own bloody peace. Rather disappointing that the ones you surround yourself with are so against your own betterment. Log: Breakfast: 1/2 of a cobb salad (nom nom) coffee Lunch: a few wasabi ginger chips, because unloading cars is hungry work and I just grabbed a few while I was working. (Besides, I figure there's a LOT worse I could eat than some measly baked potato slices) DOUBLE-DATE CIDER TIME: A small cup of cider a doughnut with sprinkles (it was a small one) Dinner: Applebee's cedar lemon chicken Applebee's sweet potato fries some raspberry tea (I THINK it was sweetened....) After: a small slice of pumpkin fudge. Noms.

I was in gymnastics for 7 years before my teacher moved away. It's the reason I can stand on one foot indefinitely. It's my only party trick. Including zucchini, mushrooms, sweet potato, pepper, onion 2 small pork chops. (quite thin as well) AFTER: a few M&M's (they are cherry cordial? I was asked to taste test them. They are good. and I figured a few measly M&Ms wouldn't hurt anything lol) some peanuts, maybe a dozen? doing good today! slaying sugar fairies!
  5. Um, I assume as in gymnatics? Tumbling, bars, that sort of thing. I was in a gymnastics class for 7 years when I was younger and I LOVED it.   6. Did about an hour of biking today. *yawn* I am le tired. Trying to decide if I should take a gymnastics class or weight training class this semester. Suggestions? They are both totally optional. Log: Breakfast: triple zero yogurt with blueberries. tea Lunch: 1 small avocado 1/4 cup of nuts Dinner: boiled beets (from garden) boiled beet greens (DELICIOUS!) (also from garden) 1/4 of an acorn squash (from garden) green beans (from garden) chicken breast in teriyaki glaze hard cider *yawn* and Now I got get some sleep. I'm just tired for some reason.
  7. I regret all my dietary decisions, I swear to god. The sugar fairies are finding me and I feel like I've got a tub of lard on my stomach and my butt. This is not becoming a great day.

It's only 18grams of sugar, maxing out my 36 allotment even accounting for the 7 in the yogurt and the 12 in my coffee.)

  11. YES! Garlic is the essential part of every dish. It adds so much flavor. That, and onions. If I win the lottery, I'm going to buy a garlic farm and an onion farm. In that order. I will. The zucchini soup was GREAAAT. If you don't want to use sausage just use fennel seed and you'll get the same flavor. I also used a whole onion, whole celery stalk and one of those cans of tomatoes was jalepeno tomatoes! It definitely is better the second day, but I still think it neds a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Yesterday's Log: Breakfast: 3 eggs light and fit yogurt Lunch (post-workout) 1 avocado :3 (nom) If I could grow these, I WOULD Dinner: 1/2 of a cobb salad at Lucas coney island (SUPER GOOD -- chicken breast, egg, tomato, bacon bits, and some cheese, it's super good and healthy) at home: light cider (because nom) and a pinch of craisins for the taste. Second day without ANY cheating! Let's keep it up! *starts sweating*
  12. Those are very wise words indeed and an analogy I shall use again, no doubt. (Thank you for that, btw.) Yeah, I dropped the reps thing, it wasn't really important. What's important is the move you're doing, at least in my book! I could probably live quite comfortably on stirfry. Of this I have no doubt. But then again, i'm biased. With enough garlic, anything tastes delicious! 8D really? You would! *hugs* You are AMAZ-ZING! As for the Adderall, I dunno, haven't set up an appointment yet. Probably will though. Ths is Michigan. The only state to declare 'emotional impairment' as a medical concern instead of admitting that bullying was a problem. So yeah, I'll probably get it, thank GOD. With my own adjustment of adding a WHOLE onion (because just using a bit of it is such a waste) and 1 can of jalepeno tomatoes. And I used up a whole thing of celery. It does need a splash of Worcestershire sauce though, and there's no need for either the sugar or the salt. Trust me. A salad with 1 dolmata and 3 olives AFTER: probably too many nibbles of Nutella (chocolate craving) and 2 cosmo's. (with 80proof vodka, so really very low on calories) I've REALLY been wanting chocolate today. O_O like super bad. The dark chocolate is NOT HELPING

I need to get my Adderall perscription back. I really do. I really really do.

  17. I am back from my trip to my grandmother's *sigh* and I don't know what it is about that place, but my will is just crap when I go up there. I has to be the lethargy. I dunno. Suffice it to say, I'm resetting. I have a crappy will save. Definitely! I highly recommend them, especially seeing as it's all good stuff to eat! Happily! I'm even going to make some salsa with all my tomatoes! NOM NOM NOM. I only wish now that I could grow avocados.

I spent most of those 3 days just packing. PHEW. That's a lot of crystal. I'm the only granddaughter, so the crystal went to me. *sigh* I'd rather not have the crystal and just have my grandma back. phuwa okay, I gotta move on to a better topic. Phew, at least it isn't just me! I know that's a pretty small muscle there too, so don't feel too bad about it not holding a lot of weight. My fiance's arm trembled as he held the 15lb one, so I felt a bit better about it too. SNRK hahahahaaha Batgrandma wings, that is such a great term. Totally not real, and yet, it conveys EXACTLY what you want it to. *sigh* I do love language. It's wonderful. Well, it depends on the size of the cabbage. Mine is HUGE. Like, majorly HUGE. I could only fit 2 in a bushel basket. So. Big. If you pick cabbage when it's really small, they're called brussel sprouts! Cabbage is wonderfully easy! We always make it with corned beef. A very simple way to make it: Cut your cabbage into 8th's. Put it in a pot and fill it up mostly with water. (Leave some boiling room and room for a few good big ladels.) When your corned beef is almost done, use a ladle and scoop some pot juice into the cabbage pot as you are cooking it. It gives it a lot of flavor! Cabbage itself only takes about half an hour to boil done, or until fork tender. There ya go! You can also cut it into strips and use it for soup -- it gives it a LOT of excellent flavor. As for my challenge.... *sigh* I'm resetting. Especially since today is my brother's birthday. That means cake and beer. *grumbles*
  19. Hmm. I thought I posted my log the last two days. Woops. Well I'm on the phone because I'm on the road heading to my grandmother's house. So I can't exactly copy and paste well. Well, I can, but I haven't figured out how. So. Workout as seen above yesterday. My arms are aching. Yaaaay! Especially in the triceps which is good. I can punch people harder now. Not that I'm going to all the time, I mean if I need to then I can... not that I'm expecting a fight or anything. Except for zombies. Always be ready for zombies. She just wanted dirt to gossip. 1 cup of lemon rice soup 1 banana pepper Small rice pudding. ...evil aunt ordered Dinner: Carrots Cabbage 1oz of corned beef Banana 5 sushi (I was snacking because the guys ate 80 percent of the meat the day before and I was hungry from my workout. ) After: Hard cider Light and fit yogurt Peanut butter. ..I really craved that protein

My arms still hurt from the first week, so YAAAAAAAAAAAAAY! Today, I pulled up a cabbage from my garden, and had a bit of a New England Boiled Dinner. IT WAS DELICIOUS I had to get a big soup pot to fit the cabbage in it. It was huge! And super delicious. Nom nom nom. Everyone should have a garden. If you've got a scrap land, till it up and make a garden. I got so many huge zucchini I don't know what to do with them. It's the best thing ever.
  25. I screwed up. I'm not even going to bother posting food logs. All you need to know is, I failed. Yesterday, it was Chinese take out. Not TOO bad, because I always get vegetable-rich stuff. But today, it was cake and ice cream, after enduring 10 minutes of non-stop heckling, I finally caved. And with me, it's a slippery slope. When I got home, I craved it so bad, I ate some more ice cream at 11:00. I don't know why I just... I just couldn't stop myself! SHIT! I freaking failed. *sigh* All I can do is stick on the straight and narrow start Monday. Dammit! And I was getting results too! Stupid, oppressive, non-supportive family!
