Monday: Mission 1 - 0.5/3 Tuesday: Mission 2 - 1/3 -> Major office move had me doing some light manual labor and lke 2x my average number of steps.

Thursday - --> Mission 2 - Rode home from work on the bike, 3/3 !! Saturday - --> Mission 1 - Extracurricular bike ride - 11mi 3/3 !! Sunday - --> Mission 3 - Improvement from last week! Actually was able to stand about two inches off the ground on silks (which I was unable to do last time) so BOOM! Improved! To improve for next class (two weeks): climbing silks again! shoot for another climb increment. work on core strength - hollow body has often as possible this week, incorporated into workouts this week. All in all - a great week!!

Mission 1: squats 13reps/3x elbow plank: 35secs scapular pushups: 10reps/2x bicep curls (yellow band): 10reps/2x lateral raises (yellow band): 10reps/2x (2/3)

Mission 1: Not today - very tired Tomorrow morning! Mission 2: Rode in to work (4.2 miles) but didn't ride back (2.5/3) - but I did walk from work place to a place of public transit so not all is lost.

yesssss you're an inspiration to get better at silks. (i'm impossibly terrible at them) and the shoe holder for yarn is perfect!! i need to do that for my craft section of the apartment. following!

Misson 2: 2/3 got clipped riding my bike in this morning so that was less than pleasant. it's not always the safest on these roads. Gonna shoot for a leg-focused strength tomorrow. Quite sore

Agreed on frozen things! Frozen veggies, fruit, protein.. it's my go to since it doesn't spoil.

Today: Mission 1: Sore from aerials yesterday - plan for tomorrow. Mission 2: Rode to work. 1/3 Mission 3: Sunday was my first class. Skills to triumph next week - hanging knees to sitting; climbing silks. ----------------------------------------- SILKS ARE SO HARD, EHHHHH. Super sore, but the kind where I know I'm getting stronger. I bought a chin up bar and I need to figure out the best place to install it.
