Thanks everyone! Your comments have been very helpful. As Mitski said, since i'm starting i'll use protein powder and work from there.

Hi fellow rebels! Starting this August, after a month of constant swimming, I’ll start with the Beginner body weight workout! My main goal is to gain muscle and get toned. I’m 6’2†and 165lb weight so I hope it won’t be much trouble. While I was in the gym I talked to various members and asked them what would be more beneficial for me to gain muscle mass. They were divided between either protein powder or a mass gainer. I understand that the shakes are no miracle workers and that they are no substitutes for a good meal. I’m sticking to their original intent, to be supplements.

Hi Scooper! I totally get your anxiety, it was until this year that I finally work it up to start exercising! I'm 21 years old, male, living in Houston, TX. If you want to chat about anything just send me a PM. -
Hi everyone! I just moved to Houston, more specifically North West part, and was wondering if there is any fellow member that lives near by. I go to the LA Fitness, Katy Freeway. If you live near by send me a post! I would love to meet you. AramisN

Hi everyone! I’m looking for some good recipes of protein bars. To my knowledge there is no protein bar in the market that is not saturated with extra stuff that’s not good for you. Plus making them is cheaper than buying a whole pack of it! So what recipe(s) do you recommend?

Love the log name! Would you mind sharing the links of the motivational videos? -
Good to know someone can relate to this. I guess that we just have to try and try again until it finally becomes second nature; all the while keeping an eye in our surroundings so that nothing tries to get us down. No, I haven’t seen a doctor; since it’s just a minor injury and nothing broke or anything like that, I have been taking care of it. I’ve definitely been resting and not doing anything too harsh on my arms. If they don’t return to a relative normal by Tuesday, I’ll go and see a doctor.

Hi everyone! I've always been a skinny dude; I come from a family of skinny men, which is nice since it means we can eat whatever and as much as we want without damaging our figures (contain you envies girls). However once I entered puberty I, like any other teenager, started to become conscious of my body. During high school I was in Karate, which helped me a ton to be in shape; however I was lazy and had anxiety issues, so I didn’t develop any muscle. When I started my university studies (as an international student) in Canada I decided that it was time to start working out, but the ne

Hi everyone! I'm new to this site and i'm interested about the academy. I would like to know what you think of it; is it worth to join the class? I would join the apprentice class, but i'm not sure about the results. What's your opinion? AramisN.

Hi Everyone! I just moved to Houston for studies. For a long time I’ve wanted to something for me, and me alone, something that would make me feel good with myself. I started working out in January, but things happened that made me stop. Now that I’m in a new chapter in my life I feel it is the right time. I have been searching the web for some good workouts for me, I’m a 21 year old, 6’2â€, 165lb guy, and I found this place! Everything looks amazing and what I like it that it’s not a book with routine, but more like a class. What I would like to now is your opinion people, will t
