  1. I'm thinking of doing a 30 min couch to 5k workout combined with an hour LNG class at the Y. Is that overkill? Will any advantages to working out cease after a certain amount of time during the workout? Lastly, I'm basically just starting out and really want to get my extra weight off. P.s.- Does anyone else have problems with getting sick after working out a week or two?
