  11. Finished the Rainbow Run 5k this morning in an unofficial, non-chip-timed 33:11, more than 5 minutes faster than I did the Autism 5k in May. #notarunner?

  13. If it rains, today's Insane Inflatables 5k will be some runs interspersed with giant Slip-n-Slides.

  14. One more day trapped at my desk before the Weekend of 5k begins. Let the intermittent push-up sets commence...

  15. Insane Inflatables on Saturday and Rainbow Run on Sunday. This is a lot of running for someone who has trouble running.
