Orange Theory Thursday went off without a hitch. I didn't get to work on my cross stitch or park furthest away because l was home with a sick kid. Today was a lot better, I have 6 flights of stairs and I'm in track to hit my 6k step goal. Water is on point... I still need to take my meds, update my bullet journal, and did my therapy before bed.
