Ok I've not done a mini challenge like this before so if I do something wrong tell me.. but in a nice way :-)
- Long Rest: Yay resting, I could do with this after hardly any sleep last night.
- Short Rest: Yoga! I've been meaning to add some in to my plan so this is the perfect opportunity.
- Attack: Pull up training 4x. So far I've been working towards my first pull up and doing related exercises more often but this week I'd like to make sure it's 4x in the week.
- Move: Run 3k, I needore cardio in my life and as much as I love the exercise bike and elliptical I need to get out for a proper run.
- Magic: New recipes, I want to try some new healthy recipes this week.
- Dodge: Boxing! It's about time the punch bag had some use.
- Heal: A proper lie in! If I wake up early I HAVE to laze around in bed. I keep waking up too early or waking up a lot in the night and once I'm awake I feel the need to get up.

Hello Everyone!
I haven't done a quest since 2014, I tried again in 2018 but life got in the way, I had to have surgery to fix a hiatus hernia and I'm still struggling to eat properly afterwards but I'm back to exercise!
Recently I've been working very hard on running my business and haven't made any time for myself, coming back to the rebellion is my way of making time for myself.
Anyway, as a new start I've practically copy and pasted my last quest goals. Let me know if any guidelines/rules have changed in recent years, otherwise I'm just going to play through!
Feel free to pop by and say hi anytime :-)
Main Quest: Lower body fat percentage - This Quest is to create confidence, like:
I'm currently 166lbs and when last recorded 26.9% body fat, this needs to change. I've lost 57lbs since my surgery in December 2018 and now I want to focus less on the scale and more on my calipers.
Quest 1: Be Badass
Continue to weight train 3x per week.
Measurement: A = 18, B = 15, C = 12
Reward: A = +3 STR, +2 CHA, B = +2 STR, +1 CHA, C = +1 STR
Quest 2: Keep Moving
An average of 10k steps per day.
Measurement: A = 42 days, B = 38 days, C = 34 days
Reward: A = +3 STA, +2 DEX, B = +2 STA, +1 DEX, C = +1 STA
Quest 3: Food Fight!!!
Stick to a deficit of at least 500 calories a day.
Measurement: A = 42 days, B = 38 days, C = 34 days
Reward: A = +3 CON, B = +2 CON, C = +1 CON
Life Quest: Active activities
I want to be more active for fun! Recent my husband and I have been cycling, kayaking and play golf, I want to aim for something active socially (even if it's just bowling) once a week.
Measurement: A = 6, B = 5, C = 4
Reward: A = +3 WIS, B = +2 WIS, C = +1 WIS
Well that's it for now, wish me luck!

Hello Everyone!
I haven't done a quest since 2014, not 100% sure why I stopped to be honest, I love it here!
Anyway, as a new start I've practically copy and pasted my last quest goals.
Feel free to pop by and say hi anytime :-)
Main Quest: Lose Weight - This Quest is to create confidence, like:
I'm currently 188.2lbs, this needs to change. I've lost 33 lbs in the last 9 months and I'm happy to go slow and steady so I can at least maintain strength in the gym.
Quest 1: Be Badass
Continue to weight train 3x per week.
Measurement: A = 18, B = 15, C = 12
Reward: A = +3 STR, +2 CHA, B = +2 STR, +1 CHA, C = +1 STR
Quest 2: Keep Moving
An average of 10k steps per day, everyday, so far I've managed this for the last 100+ days which I'm so proud of.
Life Quest: Cook up a storm
2 new recipes per week
Measurement: A = 12, B = 10, C = 8
Reward: A = +3 WIS, B = +2 WIS, C = +1 WIS
Well that's it for now, wish me luck!

Yay for getting back to the weights! Endurance is hard, but the results are worth it.
That's actually recommended, because people insisting always makes it harder to resist. The restaurant manager at the student restaurant I frequent always tries to talk me into buying dessert or one of their baked goods, especially when they have something new.
The liftings Always harder after a few days off, well done for getting back though, its easy too not bother.

Glad to see the overall progress!! Great looking salmon you made - was it baked? It looks done but not dry.
And boo to friends who won't take "no thank you" as an answer. I'm going to have to work around weekends with hubby - who also thinks he's being helpful by being a bad influence and getting me to "live a little". Le sigh.
Hope your weekend was awesome!
Sorry everyone for the lack of NF attention these past two weeks but: I'm getting married!!!!!! So I've been a little distracted since my boyfriend proposed two weeks ago :-) hope you can all forgive me
So an update then:
Day 10-28: (blimey)
Be Badass (strength) - 4/15 +4
I haven't been exercising in general as much as I should have been but I've been getting back on track now
Keep Moving (steps) - 5097/7000 -1903
Need to get moving more, this average is a mix of some very active days and some where I've just been sat all day long, sigh
Food Fight (Eat in deficit) - 25/42 +16
I've only had 2 days when I haven't eaten in deficit, which was the last two days celebrating our anniversary :-)
Cook up a storm (new recipes) - 5/12 +2
New recipes include a very nice looking chicken and broccoli pearl barley risotto which I made for my Fiancé (I love saying that), I had a salad as I can't eat gluten but needed to use up the pearl barley :-P

Wow your trip looked amazing, such a beautiful place!
And good work eating well whilst on holiday

That sounds awesome! The troupe stuff is so much fun!
I was actually thinking of starting a belly dance accountability group for this challenge, but the first two weeks I knew would be way too crazy to do that. Still thinking about doing one, though. It would be fun and help some of us keep doing a little bit as part of the challenge. Little mini-challenges like zills work one week, do something with costume another, people could contribute their favorite skills drills...
I haven't run across to many of us in the forums, though. Probably be a pretty small group.
Make it dancing in general and I'm in
Maybe that way there'll be a larger group and people can share their favourite form of dance and others can give it a go?
