  1. I love the goofy theme, and looks like you're doing well with your challenge so far
  2. Lifts are looking awesome
  3. Congrats on week 4 so far, looking good. I used to make jewellery, it can be quite relaxing, hope you'll be showing off your creations? Also, loving the food porn!
  4. Hey Teros, Sorry to see all the problems you've been having, I hope you find your way out of the depressive cycle soon. Maybe take baby steps to improve your 'Teros' confidence, there are some great seated upper body workouts you could start with just to feel stronger physically and mentally?
  5. Wow that's a lot of exercise for not feeling well, congrats
  6. Totally agree with cline, especially number 1... focus real hard on number 1 for a bit
  7. Hope the food and exercise plan goes well, at least you got the hill climb in
  8. After seeing how slow the progress through Westeros is and wanting to make it more interesting I'm thinking of gamifying my challenge by adding points for weight lifting sets, which would work something like this: 1 set = 1 point 1 point = 1km through Westeros Then these points will be added to my journey through Westeros but won't count towards my total kms for this challenge. I'd like to get peoples opinions on this, what do you guys think?
  9. Hey, your challenge is looking great so far, keep up the good work
  10. Day 27: Body Fat % - 21.2 Westeros Journey - 233km/420km +12.7km Upper Body - 7/12 Core - 18/30 +2 I have no idea how to make that image any larger. But this is my trip through Westeros so far, the Pink is Challenge 1 and blue is this challenge, Westeros is HUGE! lol
  11. That cake looks A-May-Zing! Sorry to hear about week 3, hopefully week 4 will be easier! x
  12. Good plan stretching is definitely something I don't do enough anymore, trying to get back to it though.
  13. Sounds good, stretching is definitely a key to helping if you aren't already, tight muscles can cause a world of pain. Good luck with it!
  14. I'm not very far from the wall really... Westeros is tooo huuuuuuge, it's over 1000km from the wall to Winterfell by my reconing, but I have a map and I'm going to highlight how far I've come and post it tomorrow I think, was going to tonight but I'm feeling extra laaaaaazy
  15. Good luck with the healthy eating, hope it's going well
  16. It sounds like you had a really fun and active trip at least!! Also good luck for the race and with guilting yourself
  17. It sounds like you and your dog have a lovely connection, and it's great that she can still go out for walks with you
  18. I suggest body building what nots, mainly because I've just started lifting and going through my routine in my head I think the only thing that would aggravate your foot would be calf raises (so don't do them ) Also, Hi!!!!!
  19. I hope your back feels better soon, I guess you've tried deepheat, etc? And that you mean long term fixing it? In which case I agree doing work to strengthen the area, but starting by simple body weight exercises and not working it too hard or you could make it worse, that's what I was told when I had similar problems with my neck and shoulders at least.. hope that helps a little?
  20. I think it's awesome you were skateboarding! The first time I ever stepped on one I twisted an ankle so you're one up on me haha
