Day 8-9: Be Badass (weight training) - 1/15 +1 Finally started to weigh train again, found it really difficult after such a long gap, also instead of working on strength (6 reps) I'm working on muscle endurance now as I think that's more important for me (15 reps) but it's a lot harder. Keep Moving (steps) - 4994/7000 -1436 Well that's going in the wrong direction, think I may have made the steps challenge a little difficult for myself Food Fight (Eat in deficit) - 9/42 +2 Despite my friend making me eat a dessert I told her I didn't want... I'm staying away from people where food is concerned I think Cook up a storm (new recipes) - 3/12 +1 New recipe, Garlic and Dill salmon, picture to follow

The gluten free gingerbread was so good, much better than you'd expect hehe Thanks, I lifted for the first time in a while on Monday, felt good but I'm training for endurance instead of strength now which I find a lot harder Yay!   6. First Update (Sorry it's taken so long) Day 1-7: Be Badass (weight training) - 0/15 No weight training yet as mentioned before as I'm getting used to exercise again after a break. Been cycling the past week to get back into my old rhythm and going to try lifting again today, wish me luck. Keep Moving (steps) - 6430/7000 Little under the average I wanted to keep to, best do more walking today then :-) Food Fight (Eat in deficit) - 7/42 Doing well so far, fingers crossed I keep it up Cook up a storm (new recipes) - 2/12 I made a really yummy Chicken and Quinoa Balti the other day, forgot to take piccies though Luckily I did remember to take pictures of the gluten free ginger bread cookies we made and I'll post them soon. Tyrion is doing rather well, I've passed Moat Cailin now and moving on towards the Crossroads Inn to meet my fate with Catelyn Stark
