  1. It's great you're doing so well at it, I attempted it a few times but because of health problems I've had to accept that cycling's really more my thing. Good luck with the speed and 10k, sounds like you'll find it easy enough
  2. You're transformation so far already looks amazing! You're doing so well with C25K as well, much better than I ever did, good luck!

  4. HAHA you guys are awesome!!! My dilemma is that I could go from the wall to Winterfell and start either Tyrion or Arya's journey but I'm guessing I will finish theirs before the next book so I won't know where to go, whereas if I decide I've suddenly jumped to Pentos it could take me two years to cycle Daenerys' journey lmao, so there will hopefully be a new book, but who knows. I do love the idea of making the whole journey, so doing The Wall now, then the 210 leagues to Winterfell from The Wall and starting Tyrion's journey, that way I haven't magically changed and as well I think much of Daenerys' journey with the Dothraki and through the red waste could be boring on the reporting front, it'd take me months just to cross the red waste I think lol
  5. That sounds grisly, hope you're feeling better and up to exercise again soon!
  6. I hope your arm feels better soon panda!
  7. Hey, it sounds great that you're working out what food your body needs, I found since starting paleo a lot of stomach problems I was having are better or gone
  8. Day 4: Weight - 140.2 100% Paleo - 4/42 Upper Body Workout - 1/10 Core Workout - 1/10 Wall Journey - 18.8km today, 103.2km so far - Today I passed Rimegate Chapters of Ice and Fire - 7/42 I've been trying to decide what to do after the wall, the original plan was to carry on through Westeros using some guesstimated distances that someone had posted on an ASoIaF forum, but now I think it'd be more fun to follow one of my favourite characters journey using THIS website and guesstimating my own distances based on the wall being 100 leagues. My top three would be Tyrion, Arya and Daenerys, Dany definitely has had the longest journey, so I could follow for longer and I would get to follow her story as I go and keep you all updated on progress it would also be made easier by THIS other website which features Daenerys' journey with other guesstimated distances which I could follow but it's very far and I want to know what you all think!!! Come tell me hehe.
  9. Would love to but I'm not a strong swimmer and don't have a rowing machine, but it's a great idea, I'm just going to cheat and cycle hehehe Thanks a lot! Me Too!!!! see above reply to Smiling River though hehe
  10. Haha Kailer that's awesome, those trousers are already waaaaaay too big for you! You Rock!
  11. Funny you should say that I have a map with guesstimated distances across westeros and I'm aiming to journey to each of them, after Winterfell I'm traveling to White Harbour, than the twins, than the eyrie, riverrun, pyke (pretending there's no water to cross lol), Casterly Rock, Kings Landing, Dragonstone, Storms End, Highgarden, Old Town then sunspear, and if I manage it all and I'm still feeling pumped about it I'll cross the narrow sea and keep going on til Qarth
  12. Luckily I'm cycling it instead of walking, I couldn't manage walking hehe. I think I may end up finishing before the end of the challenge, in which case I'll start my cycle south to Winterfell
  13. Hey Kailer, Food looks awesome, day 2 looked great! Good luck with day 3 and the perfect week
