  12. Hello Everyone! Welcome to my new challenge!!!! For those of you who've already been following my journey as Tyrion through Westeros, I'm currently really close to Moat Cailin, next stop afterwards is the Crossroads Inn, where I'll meet up with Lady Stark for a nice (bound) journey to the Eerie. But on to this quest Main Quest: Lower Body Fat % - This Quest is to create confidence, like: I'm down to around 24-25% at the moment, I'm working hard on this quest right now as I want to look good for my friends wedding in April, and my birthday is right before that, I'd like to do something special. Quest 1: Be Badass Continue to weight train 3x per week. Not including this first week as I've been getting back on track after a head injury. Measurement: A = 15, B = 13, C = 11 Reward: A = +3 STR, +2 CHA, B = +2 STR, +1 CHA, C = +1 STR Quest 2: Keep Moving Continue Tyrion's journey through Westeros, both through cardio on my bike but also through walking, my aim is an average of 7,000 steps a day. Measurement: A = 7,000 steps, B = 6,000 steps, C = 5,000 steps Reward: A = +3 STA, +2 DEX, B = +2 STA, +1 DEX, C = +1 STA Quest 3: Food Fight!!! Stick to a deficit of at least 250 calories a day. Measurement: A = 42 days, B = 38 days, C = 34 days Reward: A = +3 CON, B = +2 CON, C = +1 CON Life Quest: Cook up a storm 2 new recipes per week Measurement: A = 12, B = 10, C = 8 Reward: A = +3 WIS, B = +2 WIS, C = +1 WIS Well that's it for now, wish me luck!
  13. Australia was AMAZING! Snorkelled the great barrier reef, visited whitehaven beach, saw platypus, kangaroos and koalas, shot some guns... so awesome! And now I'm back and it's time for a wrap up isn't it? A reminder of my quests this challenge: Quest 1: Continue to weight train 4x per week. Measurement: A = 12, B = 11, C = 10 Reward: A = +3 STR, +2 CHA, B = +2 STR, +1 CHA, C = +1 STR Quest 2: Continue Tyrion's journey through Westeros, I am still doing a cardio session at least twice a week and use the bike to warm up and cool down around my weight training but I feel I'll end up slowly reducing how much cardio I'm doing and focus more on the weights, so the goal is lower this challenge, 5km/day. Measurement: A = 140km, B = 120km, C = 100km Reward: A = +3 STA, +2 DEX, B = +2 STA, +1 DEX, C = +1 STA Quest 3: New diet to stick to, I've started it recently and really want to stick with it, I'm following 16/8 fasting and IIFYM style eating, really mostly worried about my protein (1g/lb weight) and eating 90% clean foods with a treat here and there. Measurement: A = 448 hrs fasting, B = 438, C = 428 Reward: A = +3 CON, B = +2 CON, C = +1 CON Life Quest: Work towards improving brain power, doesn't matter how it's done, new coding tutorials, building an app, etc anything that I deem working towards feeling more confident getting back to work. At least 1 hour per day. Measurement: A = 28 hrs, B = 25, C = 22 Reward: A = +3 WIS, B = +2 WIS, C = +1 WIS Quest 1 - A +3 STR, +2 CHA Quest 2 - A +3 STA, +2 DEX Quest 3 - A +3 CON Life Quest - A +3 WIS Wow I stuck to this challenge like glue hehe. So... Level 4 STR: 9 DEX: 5 STA: 9 CON: 10 WIS: 10 CHA: 7

  15. Unfortunately we only have one season at a time going on but it's OK I'm really looking forward to shopping in Melbourne now hehe Oh yes please!!!! It did definitely cheer me up! Definitely! Now I just need one of them to leap from the screen and cuddle up to me <3 So true, It's OK though, at least they let me return them for a refund. And the trip is so close now that I'm just too excited to worry! Yay! Thanks for taking the time to catch up with Tyrion's trip. I totally agree, there should be a governing body that just decides what sizes should be around the world, for example I've ordered something in my size from Japan before and because women there are very petite it was tiiiiiiiny on me (luckily then I was just able to lose weight and it fit but now that I'm happy with my size I'd have to send it back... to Japan!!! so I'm usually a bit more cautious about buying things online but as I say, no where else to buy bikinis at this time of year in the UK) That is an awesome bright side to the situation, I will buy a beautiful Aussie bikini and take it on all my future holidays and seem a very well travelled girlie ***** Day 24-26: Body Fat % - 24.7% Westeros Journey - 302.5km/140km +38.4 Weight Training - 12/12 +1 DONE!!! 2 down, 2 to go Hours Spent Fasted - 431.5/448 +51.5 Self Improvement Hours - 29.5/28 +3 Oh wait! 3 down 1 to go Tyrion has moved quite a bit since last I posted his map so I shall post very soon

On top of my usual exercise ***** Day 18: Body Fat % - 25.3% Westeros Journey - 195km/140km +14.3 Weight Training - 8/12 +1 Hours Spent Fasted - 299/448 +17 Self Improvement Hours - 20.5/28 +2 Very disappointed today, I ordered three bikinis and a swimsuit for the holiday, assuming one or two might not fit and I'll return them (I'd already asked if I could and they seemed happy with that) NONE of them fit! AND It's not my fault: I've recently been measured up in La Senza so I know I'm one of two sizes depending on where I shop, one of the bikini tops was so tight I'm surprised it didn't cut off the circulation. The other two were the same style but different colours and one of each of my possible sizes and both fit the same way: Terribly! It was like they'd tried to get that 1950's pointy boob style but had the point facing upwards! and then the swimsuit cut in around the bum and wasn't long enough to pull the bra part of it up to my boobs!!!! I only have a week now before the holiday so not enough time to try and order more and as it's practically Autumn here now no where is selling swimwear... I have a couple older things I can wear to start with and hopefully as it's Spring in Oz at the moment I'll be able to get something there, if we get the chance to shop... *sigh* Someone cheer me up!
