  1. I'm so sorry for your loss. It's amazing that you've been doing well food wise since I definitely would be emotional eating at this second. Great job on two amazing workouts too. You are rocking it! *hug*
  2. You have been doing AWESOME! So much dedication and hard work. You broke running PR's. You've been cleaning your house. You were super motivating during the Spartan race and honestly, you're a huge inspiration to me. Keep it up, you're amazing! And... being a spoiled brat myself as a teenager, I can definitely attest that most teenagers really don't care. Which is sad. Because it took me a few years to realize how all that work was good for me too and that I should have thanked my Mom and Dad for al they've done. So, I agree that making them work for it is a good idea. They will probably a
  3. Happy belated birthday! Sorry it wasn't as you had wished, but you still did some positive actions and your idea for next year sounds awesome! Nobody knows us better than ourselves and they, indeed, can't screw up the cake if you are in charge. ;D Keep rocking, you've been doing great!
  4. Whew, I've been gone for a while but you have been ROCKING this whole time. Good job on the 5k's and beating your PR. Good job on the eating well even though you were stressed. Good job all in all for being awesome and pushing yourself even when you feel down OR sick. You're amazing.
  5. A-MA-ZING. Honestly that doesn't sound easy at all and you killed it. Congrats!
  6. Alright I'm back and will do a few hops today and tomorrow, but I will go full force once I'm all moved. Go Rangers!
  7. Oh my. That beer tower is glorious. Enjoy Genève my friend! Might I be creepy and say you have a beautiful smile?
  8. Wow, so much progress in one week and so much awesome! Such progress. Much PR's. (I really am not good at memes). But yes, that ice cream was well-deserved especially since it was time spent with family and you won't see your brother for a while! High-five for an almost perfect week and for you being awesome and kicking ass!
  9. Keeping up with threads with no spare time is a struggle. Let me tell ya. So don't feel bad about it, you already have so much to do in a day! Takeouts are an evil beast... So convenient yet so bad for you and so expensive. :-( But I have faith that you'll do great this week! Especially since you've done PERFECTLY with everything else. Major congrats my dear cyborg, you rock!
  10. I also agree with you that there were quite a few signs showing you that the job at the hotel wasn't meant to be. I mean. QUITE A FEW. You're on the right path, both for work and recovery, and the future is bright, I can tell. Yay for party preparations! That hat will be a-do-ra-ble. Good job on the free-for-all workout. You rock Pixie and don't even feel bad about not following my thread. Take time for you and enjoy your last week of complete freedom.
  11. The scale most of the time is a liar, so if it doesn't represent all your great efforts: DON'T LISTEN TO IT. You did an amazing workout and you should be proud. I miss walking. It truly is a joy! Drinking tea with the Mad Hatter; sorry for any typos, sent from Tapatalk.
  12. Welcome to the Rangers' guild everyone! *hands a Butter Beer*
  13. What a powerful image. Maybe you could just increase the difficulty of the exercises to make it harder? There's tons of variations on the web that could be helpful.
  14. Wow, Megawolf. Following your progress is such an inspiration. You've been doing great in all areas of your life and even at McDonald you found a way to eat somehow healthy so that's victory in itself. I want to thank you for taking the time out of your busy life to give me some support on my thread, it really means a lot. Don't worry about following everybody's thread. Summer is busy for all of us and we all need some rest. Keep on rocking, you're amazing! And congrats on the diamonds push-ups!!!
  15. I don't have much vocabulary to explain my thoughts deeply on the subject, but I can relate to your friends situation in some way. I think you must attract people in your life right now that will make you work on things that need tweaking. Things that will make you grow as a person. And those few people that make you aspire to be better should definitely be the ones you keep close, that you put effort in seeing more. Friendships/relationships are really difficult in modern days. So I think It's great that you've found people that inspire you. Also, amazing job on the workouts!
  16. Wow, I have been gone for what seems like forever. I missed reading you Pixie! Your picture with Queenie was so sweet and heartwarming, she did look like she had missed you. Congrats on all the victories you've had - the biking, the rolling exercises and the reading. Being injured is not easy, it's as much physical as it is mental and you've been SO positive this whole time. There will be sad days but they aren't here to stay. I hope you're having a wonderful time right now my dear!
  17. I'm sending you all the positive energy that I can. I pretty much know how you feel right now, stress is really, really, a bad mean Boss that we have to defeat. I think you're on the right path with the yoga, exercising and healthy food. Throwing the scale away is a great idea, as it is only another source of stress for me, personally. I think you're doing beautifully. I really do. Congrats on the yoga and the run in the woods. Don't let stress let you down, because we are here to pick you up. Sadness is not forever. But allow yourself to heal, to rest and to enjoy Summer. If you ever ne
  18. I apologize for having disappeared for such a long time. Week 2 was definitely SUPER AWESOME and you did amazingly, especially with all the hard work you had to put. Major congrats on that! Also some more congrats on the 6 seconds handstand, that's NO JOKE. Japanese archery does sound amazing. I have to say that I still absolutely love your story and admire your willpower. Keep rocking!
  19. I am, indeed, still alive. Might be zombified though.

  20. It's a blue box... It's a Tardis... no It's the Doctor! I don't even know what I'm saying... Okay. erm. Bowling is not easy and it definitely works your balance and core and arms, so good job! You will find your groove again, give it some time. Don't forget that you're awesome!
  21. I APOLOGIZE FOR BEING GONE FOR SO LONG. Leothil, you are soooooooo pretty. Really. You looked stunning in that dress at the wedding! Your TRX workout looked absolutely INSANE (and I mean that in the best of ways). You rock! I truly hope you will enjoy Genève, as it is a beautiful city. And do known that even when I don't come by your thread, I'm still sending you positive vibes and wishing you the best. Keep going Pokemon Master! *hug* p.s. Nice assassins skills catching that bouquet. ;P p.s.2 Flying with the flu DOES suck. I thought my brain and teeth were coming out of my body.
  22. Yay! So much awesomeness and positivity on your page, it's wonderful to read. Congrats on keeping up with your AMAZING walks, especially so early! And your workouts are no joke, they look quite difficult. Yay for the Fellowship and yay for everything else, actually. You rock! Tea does make everything better, I agree.
  23. Gah, so little time... no time to reply to anyone or post a major update. But do know that I appreciate every bit of positive energy. I'm still going insane and still feel exhausted all the time, but I'm 7 days away from my last day... so the end is near! Went to the gym yesterday and today. +2 No runs at all... Gluten everyday... ugh. I've been reading more though, so that's good. I haven't been tracking how much so yeah. I almost want to just stop this challenge and come back stronger for the third one, but... I kind of also want to finish this, even with the failing. Love yo
  24. Thank you all so much for the positive energy that you've been sending me. Every bit helps! Sorry for disappearing. I am still working crazy amount of hours and that until my last day... they won't let me go easy, oh no. Also work#1 got a new manager so I can't be on the computer, ever, and therefore have no time to be on NF outside of work hours - which are sleep hours and gym hours. Robin Williams' death also very deeply saddened me, having dealth with depression and suicide thoughts in the past, it really did hit home... ANYWAY. I'll reply to every single one of you with a smile on my
