  1. Week Three Results: BBWW Goal 3 times, achieved 3 times. Grade: A Biking/Light Jogs Goal 3+times, achieved 3 Grade: A Meditation/Yoga Goal 3+ times, achieved 3 Grade: A Over All Grade: A \(^-^)/ This week was waaaay smoother. Everything flowed nicely this week and knowing I got everything done just gave me more motivation. Past the half-way point now and hoping that I can keep things going like this. Seeing how I won't end up with an over all grade of an "A" I hope I can manage a high "B." Which means meeting my goals for the last three weeks. Which now doesn't sound scary but a fun challenge. Each week that passes I feel stronger and the workouts less daunting. I'm so happy to have found this place it's made a healthy lifestyle seem possible and normal. Thanks again to the people who stop by here to check on me and give their wisdom and encouragement. It's helped a lot more then you think.
  2. Week 2 was a big set back. =/ I was constantly away from home last week and had a drop in motivation due to life being life lol. So I only managed to do my BBWW twice and everything else once. Giving me an over all average of a shaky D. This week has gone better. As I'm at least all ready at a passing grade. So looks like this week will be a home run for sure. But last week I'm disappointed with myself and I hope I can learn from it and keep moving forward. Thank you guys for checking in always gives me a boots to moral.
  3. Every time I come here and read your post I get motivated to stay on track. You're doing an amazing job and I can't wait to see what you're like at the end of this challenge and beyond. And thank you for the motivation you've given to me and others here. ^-^
  4. Glad to hear you're jumping back in the saddle! Sorry to hear about the sunburn know those can be a real pain. And yay for healthy eating!

  6. Week 1 results: BBWW goal 3 times a week. Achieved 2/3. Grade: B Light jogging/ biking goal 3+times a week. Achieved 3. Grade: A Yoga/meditation goal 3+times a week Achieved 2 Grade B Overall Grade: a solid B. Last week took me by surprise. I underestimated a few things but, this week I have a feeling will go much smoother. ^-^ The BBWW isn't making me feel nearly as sore as it did the first time I did it. That alone has given me a boost of confidence.

  11. Just finished my second workout for the week. A little worried about getting the third on Sunday. Been doing lite cardio after my first one but the DOMS made me delay my workout. Never thought that workout would kick my butt like it did. But I'm glad I didn't let this set back stop me all together. Even if my first week or two are shaky I will keep on going! ^-^ Thank you Kailer for the encouragement! ^-^ And yes the BBWW got the best of me for sure. xD

  14. Off to a great start! Woke up early this morning cooked breakfast and did the BBWW (didn't think it would kick my butt as much as it did haha) followed by doing a light yoga video. I'm sure I can keep this up if I just keep reminding myself why I'm doing this. Think I'll try for a light jog on my way home from work.
  15. You are right we share some same goals. Can't wait to see how you progress! Definitely coming back to check on you for my own motivation and hopefully to lend some as well. And I feel you about the clean room life quest. I can keep every other part of my place clean but the bedroom.
