How are you tracking your goals? What kind of point system, how do you know how many points to add to what? I would like to try a point system with mine but not sure if there's something that everyone is doing (I've seen a few point systems in here) or if everyone is kind of just on their own one. Good luck with your goals! You've got this

I'm working on running more as well. Good luck with your challenge! You'll be a marathon goddess in no time! -
I absolutely love your motivation! Good luck, I'm sure you can get up and do it all.

Good luck! You've got some great motivators, and I love your "intentionally" part. What kind of strength exercises/workout are you going to do?

Background: The last couple years I started to get more into running, but it wasn't until last October when I did my first 5K that I really, really got into it. I started hiking again just over a year ago, but haven't been much for awhile. I started rock climbing in January and just completely took off with that. I just recently started getting into mud obstacle races. I signed up for my first half marathon which is in just a couple of weeks but I'm not ready for it, especially since I just recently got back into being active after a quad strain/minor tear. It really set me behind. I'll be happy though as long as I finish. I'm ready to get back into it, recover what I lost and gain even more strength. Main Goal: To get into shape for running, obstacle races, and climbing: I want to build endurance and muscle. I want to take the lead climb test at my climbing gym within these 6 weeks and pass it but need more endurance and strength. Goals: Get to sleep before midnight on work nights Run at least 3 times a week Start lifting weights (right now I just have two 10lb dumbbells) at least 3 times a week Life Quest: Make more time for friends and be more sociable and outspoken at work. I ended up missing out on a lot with friends when I really got into climbing so I'm working on changing that. Also, I started a new position at work and am trying to get to know my new team and find my place with them.
