  1. spent a week in SoCal on Vacation... consumed plenty of beers, and 10,000+ calories... didn't gain a pound WIN!

  2. spent the last week on Vacation in SoCal... don't even wanna talk about my diet... but i did manage to log 22,786 steps walking sea world, the zoo, and various other activities! half way to Bree! i can honestly say my diet wasn't terrible, but it was in no way clean, and i drank allot of beer, which i don't normally do since it slows down your metabolic rate and i'm trying to lose weight lol all in all back at it hard and fast starting friday!
  3. so for a while now i have been doing workouts in my yard. for the sake of accountability, i have invited a friend of mine, who is a marathon runner, to join me in my homemade crossfit chaos! i am twice his size and weight, however he is quite strong for his size, and i'm just fat . we tend to do tractor tire flips and other various activities. we are pretty competitive and time all of our WODs. on saturday i smoked his skinny white butt in both WODs that both contained running, lifting, and sweating. IT WAS GLORIOUS! (Fat People 1:Skinny People 99 it's time for the comeback!)
  4. down 6 pounds this week!

  8. IT'S FRIDAY!!!! While most people's ideal Friday is a party or hanging at the club/bar, my ideal Friday is moving and decorating my church for our annual VBS! what a workout! i have added over 4,000 steps to my Mordor challenge in just the last 3 hours, a little more that 2.5 miles up and down stairs! 10. yeah sorry didn't catch that typo, would be hard to do a jumping push up lol and yes i bring myself down slowly i don't know if it's quite 5 seconds slowly but i also hold for a breath at the top before i start my descent.
  11. love your enthusiasm! i unfortunately go that talk from my doctor at age 25 "lose weight or die" but it sounds like your heading in the right direction, stick to the diet, stick to the gym. have you looked into doing one of the 6 week challenges? i just started one on sunday this week and i'm already down 7 pounds!.
  12. modified how? i struggle to stay true to paleo but i try, it is just so hard for me to cut out grains completely, i can limit dairy pretty well and stay with non preservative food choices but other than that its the grains.
  13. i struggle with the same thing i find the jumping push ups works really good, also i do lateral pullups, and i sit under the edge of my childrens trampoline with feet straight out and do pull ups from a sitting position this works great, you can even bend your knees a little to help assist you. good luck keep pushing
  14. so i started a new game with water consumption, each rib on my bottle is a new level, starts at squire, and when i finish i am the undisputed champion of Mars
