You know, my wife struggles with drinking water. she said she gets bored with water. she bought one of those nifty infuser bottles so it adds flavor.

Sparkling water helped me make the transition from soda to water. Now I mostly drink flat water from my own refillable bottle all day.

i haven't had soda in over 2 years, i struggle with putting down 120oz of water a day, thats allot of water lol
