  1. I've found this site to be more of a distraction/time waster then motivator. Don't get me wrong, plenty of awesome encouraging people. But I find through frequent internet use, I've fallen behind in real life. I will likely come back when I get my work in order. But for the time being this thread, along with Benching Zombies, is dead. Good luck on all your fitness and life endeavors folks.
  2. Pretty sick, didn't even go to school, so no gym ether. I feel gross and lame. But I ate good. 7 points today total. Blah.
  3. Looking forward to shaking this cough Today I ate perfect, and didn't procrastinate. Also made some pretty good progress on one of my college apps. Total points:14
  4. 7 points for no procrastination. 5 points for diet,(not 7 because the sausages I ate with breakfast were salt heavy.) 18 points for my work out. I hit failure on squats so I took off 2 points for that. I feel like when I shrug off this virus I have, I will be able to hit that squat.
  5. Boom! Productivity 7 points. But food is not as good. I went to a great Indian restaurant and had a tasty but definitely not healthy meal. 0 points for nutrition.
  6. Happy to say, through using the Pomodora Technique, I was very productive today. No need to berate me! haha. 7 points! 5 points for food. The gravy I had today with my chicken was too high in sodium for my liking.

  8. Did I eat good? Yes Did I exercise? Bodyweight, but yess Did I procrastinate... Eff ya. I did that too. So that is 27 points today. My power is back on so it is time to suck it up and get to work. Tomorrow I am getting the 7 no procrastination points! If I don't berate me freely.
  9. 7 points today for perfect diet. 0, procrastinated again on homework. BUT I did get a lot done on my americorps application, so that is something I think.
  10. 5 points for diet, 7 for procrastination. 12 total.
  11. 7 points for a perfect diet. 0 points for not procrastinating. Week 1 in review went 1/2 good 1/2 bad. I really need to step up the not procrastinating.

  13. Thanks mama t! Ill check it out when I get power back. Haha ughh. Next goals for next challenge: learn survival skills for living off the grid... So today gym was closed do to no power. But I did workout by cutting up and hauling tree limbs. So full points there= 20 But only 3 for food, I ate what was available at my moms. Which incleded white bread and pasta. I carved pumpkins all day. Hella procrastination. So 23 overall.
