  1. I'm in between books right now! I have a million to read, don't know which one to start next. Just finished The Martian
  2. I work super long shifts, so today was my day off. I lazed around and it was frickin' great!
  3. So lately, I've really wanted some new people to get to know! Especially ones that are starting to get to fitness like I am. I miss texting people, skype messaging, etc. Sooooooo let's be friends? Hi! What was your favorite thing you did today?
  4. I just want to be so flexible & dancey that it annoys me haha.
  5. I just feel like I'm holding myself back. I know everyone tells me that I have to lose weight for ME, but I can't get past the thinking, "Once I lose weight, guys will find me attractive, and then I'll be happy." I know that thinking is toxic & wrong. That thinking is holding me back, and I CANNOT get rid of it. It's been there since I was a teenager (23 now). Sorry, just had to let that out
  6. So I'm tired of eating eggs, bacon & avocado for breakfast. I have access to a huge kitchen with fresh ingredients a great blender, so are there any smoothies I can make that will keep me going until lunch time?
  7. hey yall. So I went to the gym the other day, and I don't have a routine yet. I'm trying out new stuff and I was dancing on the stairclimber. I was dancing while I ran laps, and I would have danced on the rower if I could. Are there any exercises that have me move my body like I'm dancing? This is probably confusing, so I'm sorry haha. I hate Zumba because I'm not dancing to my own music and I feel like I'm "doing Zumba" and not really dancing.

  11. I get to level up?? That sure calmed down my anxiety this morning
  12. Week 3 Challenge: I researched screenwriting software, found a template for outlining scripts. Brain stormed plots for projects for most of the week and made progress on my screenplay book. I'd say B.
