  1. The Journey unforunately took on some turblulance...and I took a break however I'm going to try and get back into it tomorrow! thank you for checking in on me and giving me some accountability..lets hope I don't explode!
  2. In honor of level 1 of my firefly challenge I bring you Dr. Simon Tam. Simon is very concerned about his priorites and is new to the crew, in a fight I'd say Simon still has some work to do. My motivation has been very limited these past few days and my goal to perform the hotel workout everyday hasn't ben going as planned. I go to work and come home tired not wanting to work out. That's Why Dr. Tam is the First level for my upcoming challenge week. a medical professional, he strives to be healthy but is new to some of the the crew and their ways.   4. Thanks so much for your response myrlien, I'm never one of those guys who gets mad at people for not watching, a show or movie but I sincerely reccomend it. Unforunately motivation is one of the biggest things I struggle with, and yes I love to travel...I'm hoping to get into the habit of doing this workout before the challenge week coming up. I like rock climbing, I'll have to find a placeto practice. Thanks again for your response I wish you the best in your quest as well.

  6. Introduction: Hello There my name is Jonathan, I discovered Nerd Fitness a few days ago and found it incredibly enlightening and an different approach to fitness. I haven't been on fourms in a long time so pardon my nievity but I wanted to give this a try. I saw June 9th and thought it was July 9th *facepalm* oh well, I'll call it a mini challenge and get to know some folks. I'm an ectomorph body type which means I'm a lean, mean metabolism machine I burn through food and adreneline like nobody's business.
