  1. Kapn Kragg looked out over his gathered troops. Their asteroid ship had crashed into something and suddenly instead of the depths of space he and his troop found themselves on a new planet. "Looks like we got a new place to loot boyz!" My faction is still looking for who they are teaming up with but I have a small infantry squad and Kragg's personal bodyguard I can send into the fray.
  2. How does one figure out how many reps of something or how much time of something counts for how much resources? I see from other's sheets that some are 1-1 and some are not. Also perhaps I could join Myriks clan wolf?
  3. I haven't had the energy or motivation to start my workouts yet so I'll try again next week. I'll be away this weekend for my father in laws 60th birthday, but if someone wants some out of control maniacs on their team for next week let me know. Kapn Killa Kragg reporting for duty.

  7. In my own personal experience beginning summer break can be great for having time and energy to exercise but it can also be hard to keep up routine! We've only been out of school for a few days now and I already thought Sunday was going to be a Monday this week >_< Would it help to push yourself to do some yoga (any amount) each day just to help build the habit? You're doing really well and I love the Big Bang Theory theme, keep at it! You can do it!
  8. I love how exercise has become a thing in our house. Seeing you get into exercise motivates me to do more and I think it goes the other way too. Maybe cleaning will be similar? You're doing awesome love, keep it up!
  9. In my circle of friends you don't ask someone to proof read your paper without expecting it to come back shredded. If you expect it to have lots of comments and fixes then it won't seem like such a bad thing, though sounds like maybe your friend isn't that type. The most important thing on these challenge thingies is doing what you can, and it seems like you are doing a great job of being consistent! Do be careful not to push yourself so far it hurts, but habit building is certainly good! Keep up the great work!
  10. I'm impressed by how flexible you are Ladyshello, you are injured but your not letting that stop you. Also awesome you can run for so long! Maybe you could focus more on running if your shoulder is still not doing so well?
  11. Lightning safety is super important. As a paddler my wife and I are very careful about it, wouldn't want to get stuck on a lake in a thunderstorm. I love how chill you are about your challenges. I accidentally went to your third challenge instead of your current one and read a comment by Teros about managing stress, I think you must be really good at that! Keep at it, you have made great time on your journey to Mount Doom!
  12. I ran about 2km today, so a short run (a.k.a. jog/walk) Last night's arm workout was good, I can feel my arms are a little stiff and my chest was letting me know it had felt it too (did some knee lift thingers on my wife's pull up bar). So obviously I did a good bunch of exercises.
  13. Good to know! I had another smoothie this morning for a total of 4 over the course of the week. I absolutely love the chocolate protein powder, strawberries and banana. It's like a banana split in a cup. (my favourite sunday but I haven't had one in ages!)
  14. Hm, after reading all the other recipes I wonder if I missed the point. I found I love strawberry banana smoothies but I haven't really experimented past that aside from putting half a kiwi in it one time (too sweet). I hate green stuff in my smoothies, it didn't blend well and had a weird consistancy. I do like fresh ingredients though, my wife always uses frozen stuff but it doesn't blend as nicely. Anyways I had three smoothies this week.
