this might not be the case for you, but when I had the issue it turned out I didn't have the barbell far enough back and down on my shoulders, the bar was too high. Once I got past that everything worked a treat

hey gang, still here although I know I haven't been on in a few days. I don't tend to log on during weekends at all because there is usually too much other stuff going on, especially at this time of year. And then Monday night something went wacky with the thing we use to build the company website and a load of stuff got deleted so it was pretty nuts getting everything sorted. Still not long before I won't be doing that kind of thing anymore when I move jobs. So exercise wise I lifted on Friday and Monday and am due to lift again tonight and I also went to the gym on Saturday to just do do some cardio and accessory stuff. So current lifting day is 5 min warm up on the elliptical Superset 1 - 5 reps each set Latpull Down - 65kg / 60kg / 60kg Narrow Grip latpull - 65kg / 60kg / 60kg Superset 2 - 5 reps each set DB bench press - 22kg / 24kg / 26kg one arm bench DB row - 22kg / 24kg / 26kg Superset 3 - 5 reps each set DB Shoulder press - 14kg / 18kg / 18kg Body weight static lunge - 5 each side for three sets Superset 4 - shoulder mobility set, 5 reps each set DB side raise - 4kg / 4kg / 4kg DB front raise - 4kg/ 4kg / 4kg DB shoulder rotation - 4kg / 4kg / 4kg Then chuck a 25kg sandbag over my shoulders to do 3 sets of 10reps of squats Cool down with 5 min on elliptical What do you guys think? -

righting after stalking reading up on some of my favorite nerds I have gone ahead and joined MFP and Fitocracy to enable me to best collect data on wtf I do so I can see what is and isn't working with me Quickie question because I seem to remember some debate on this a while back on MFP what do folk enter for Weight Lifting exercise, because from what I remember the MFP Weight Lifting exercise judges your calories spent as being way off? -

The beer came from the hallowed halls that is Aldi, so it was cheap as anything. Although I don't know if you Southerners have such sensibly price outlets, I am led to believe they are just a scummy Northern thing It is a dark ruby red in colour, has a depth of taste without being bitter with hints of coffee. -

oh also, also (yesterday was clearly a big day) yesterday I had for the first time - candy corn! You can't get it in the shops over here so I had to get robbed by amazon for some. Other than just eating it by the bucketful do any of my transatlantic chums have any halloween recipes including them, I have a kilo's worth? -

oh also found out my boss is getting divorced, which made me feel better about handing my notice in earlier this week because who knows what will happen to the company now -

So I set off from work to go to the gym yesterday with all good intentions, couldn't park at the gym because it was busy so parked as close as I could and walked the rest Got to the gym and was told they "were at full capacity" it makes sense and everything it's just I have never heard of such a thing happening, a gym being at their fire safety limit. So shot down I went home and faced the pile of mess that is 'been too busy to clean in four days' and spent the next hour or two cleaning up and cooking tea, followed by working on a quest for NF and checking out halloween costume ideas Oh and drink this marvellous beer from Wychwood Brewery that I hadn't had before called 'Drunkel Fester', it was in a word - magical -

anyone who turned up at my door with baked goods would not have to worry about making friends, only about how to get rid of me and stop me bothering them

I'll just chuck in the Numenera role play source material. Based in the 9th age of our world many millenia from now. Where magic is just uncovering old technology and all kinds of weird and wonderful exist, remnants from by gone times that none now remember when aliens and extra dimensionals walked our world.

Fly to the UK, travel to Derbyshire - the place where Tolkein got his inspiration for Lord of the Rings where we have a Rivendell that's far older than Riverdell - and the rest will take care of itself

I'm half expecting someone to lob a pokeball at me to make sure I don't sod off again. I'll let you keep brewing your moonshine over here at this time of year the famous Wychwood brewery churn out all kinds of lovely Hobgoblin ales. If you were storing these alleged pumpkin quest bars though that just do not exist over the atlantic then this would be a different conversation

Heya, I am looking to lose enough weight to be what I would consider fit and healthy. I know O Line Men etc are extremely good at what they do but they are too big for me. I'm thinking Tight End, Line Backer kind of size Whilst we are on sprinting in fact is there a good or bad way to try and work on sprints on a treadmill? -

Then I would have been doing them constantly since my last post six hours ago, I would have all of the troops and people would be calling me Quadzilla.
