Hello all! I'm relatively new to the world of fitness and healthy diets. I just started weight lifting and learning about healthy nutrition needs. After hours of researching into a good diet for my needs, I ended up confused. I'm a numbers and research type person, so you can imagine my frustration when I read different sources with different recommendations of what good nutrient intake levels should be. It's just, ugh!! I know that everyone's body is different, so nutrition needs will vary. I just don't know what exactly will be best for me! I'm currently 5'8" and 156 lbs, and my goal is to slim down, tone up, and gain strength. I put on muscle easily so hopefully I don't turn into a she-hulk So how much should my daily protein, carbs, calories, and fat intake levels be? Thanks for any help!
