i bought an 8 week diet plan. i already don't like the food. and i don't like hummus. and not a fan of oatmeal either.

What kind of diet plan is it? I'm part of a word-of-mouth market company that sells a detox program, but it's really just the paleo diet with a digestion aid, a detox solution and optional soda and candy replacements.

Just drank a digestion aid because of all the white bread and other crap I ate this past week had my stomach in knots. Nothing like drinking a glass of dirt water and feeling like a million bucks after.

Pretty sure it was due to the fact that the simple carbs were from Wendy's, but were paired with a huge greasy burger with 6 pieces of bacon and a frosty.

Enter the Haggis is my all time favorite! It's just exactly what does it for me! I also grew up on Seven Nations (when they were Clan Na Gael) but now McLeod is in the band Rathkelthair, which isn't as good. I've seen ETH live 7 times now, and I've seen Gaelic Storm twice.

That sucks. It's similar with my family. For some reason, certain older people are just oddly convinced that giving people a vote of confidence is meaningless, so they're just cold and really just mean.
