  1. I like the idea of the kick boxing one. I used to go to classes for that a long time ago and i really enjoyed it. :3 I'm trying to follow a paleo diet so it would just be the work out stuff I'd be interested in. I'm looking for something I can do with limited space and easy to follow instructions. kick you in a good way or in a I hurt myself and cant do anything now way? I like the mention of limited workspace not being a problem and I know someone who has insanity so I could try it out without forking out the cash. But I've been pretty lax in my daily life since September. Would trying to do something that everyone has said is pretty tough be a bad idea? I like free and i like not needing a lot of space, but my net connection is pretty bad here. :/ I really want something I can do in my small room with little to no equipment that will help me get fitter so i can go on to better things. I'm thinking of going out and joining a gym after I (attempt) to complete one on these things but I'll need to know what i'm doing before I do as my language skills aren't up to par to get help from trainers and stuff. Thank you everyone for your replies so far. I'm glad to hear that these workout plans aren't a waste of money :3
  2. Are these dvds any good? I have no way of getting to a gym and there is not really a lot of room in my room but I want to get active again. I thought I would give this sort of DVD thing a go but are they any good? Should I be looking into these? is there something else I should try? I have no room for weights and the like so anything I do would be body weight stuff. I did do the beginners body workout in summer but I got pretty bored of it. Any advice is gleefully accepted Kitsu
  3. Really? Really really really? If so I'll PM you my woes
  4. yay I need some serious help getting back into the swing of things though.

  6. Hey Guys I'm back. I fell off the wagon pretty hard. I've been taking time adjusting to my life in Japan and things have been really hectic for me but I really want to get back on the horse and ride it to my healthy new self. I'm currently living in Kagoshima in Japan so tracking my food has become a real nightmare! Sometimes I don't know what I am eating let alone its nutritional value. I don't feel I control of my food because I can't read a lot of it. My carb intake is up and so my weight is also creeping up which has made me loose motivation to exercise But I've come back because I need help getting to where i want to be. I'm currently 90 kg and I'm still 5'4''(despite trying to grow) and I've stopped all exercise and nutritional things in September. My old plan was Primal and Body weight exercises but as Rice is pretty much everywhere here I think I want to try a different way of eating but I'm not sure what would be best for me. I have asthma and allergies to both wheat and strawberries which is caused by IBS. I used to cook a lot of my own food but here there is very limited cooking equipment (I have one hob and a rice cooker and a kettle) and eating out is actually cheaper than cooking. TL;DR I want to get back on track but I have very little free time here ( study study study) so can anyone recommend some time effective asthma friendly exercises and diet ideas I can follow whilst here in Japan?
  7. I'm in a half mind to give up this challenge and start again with the next one as its been so hard to track anything here i cannot even read the ingredients of what i'm eating lol The only thing i could track is calories because i can read that part but i dunno. I did go out and buy stuff to start cooking my own food so i can at least save money. I'm using this website http://j-simplerecipes.com/ if there is any food savvy people around could they give it a gander and point me to the better choices to be making. I have no oven no grill only a hob and rice cooker so my cooking methods are pretty limited.
  8. 9/23 left over obentou joyfull - burger and chips no dinner 9/24 chicken and rice chicken curry pork curry 9/25 potato cake burger meat wedges and salad cup ramen instand katsu udon today is a bad day for food.
