  1. Hi there! I just stumbled upon your topic and I must say that you're doing great! Keep up the good work ! Only a few days more until we'll become level 1 ^^
  2. Okay I was really busy the last few days but I really want to complete this challenge so I have to keep focused! Monday: walked 14.000 steps today because I went to an amusement park with some friends. The food wasn't healthy at all, but hey at least I walked a lot. Tuesday & Wednesday: was very busy because I had to guide the new students throught the city and go to their welcome party. Result: I lost two days of sleeping well It was really fun though. Thursday: Back to my goals: yoga and BBWW
  3. I was pretty busy last few days but I'm still determined to complete this challenge! Go team!
  4. Saturday & Sunday: yoga twice And today I'm on my own again, without parents or sisters. It has advantages (to be able to buy your own food) and it has disadvantages (to be able to buy your own food heh). I was in the supermarket today and for a little while I wanted to buy some ice cream (and not just normal ice cream, ben and jerry's) and eat it all. Luckily I could resist it and I bought some pineapple pieces for a snack. And I also bought some green tea , not only is it delicious but I've heard some good stories about the benefits of green tea and it doesn't hurt to try it. It helps to write stuff like this down and be happy about the good choices you've made. now I'll take a shower and then go to sleep
  5. Wow I love replies like this ^^ It was a good decision to join nerdfitness because of the encouragements from people. They keep me motivated Yeah I should just ignore the ilses in which the snacks are. Oh and thanks for the suggestion with not being the one who opens them, that helps Wow thanks for finding my challenge awesome Oh that's a good idea! I'm not sure if I should buy clothes because if I keep this up my size will change eventually and it could become a bit expensive imo. But what I could do is buying some cute earrings, necklaces or hair accessoires ^^ I will keep that in mind, thanks! Yaay you're the first to notice ^^ It's Miwako from Yazawa Ai's Paradise Kiss.
  6. Because it's vacation I'm starting to get confused which day it is, the days go by so fast! Sleeping is going very well, but that is because I can sleep for as long as I like in the morning and I go to sleep before 2 am. But I think the fourth week will be difficult because there will be a lot of partying going on and we will have a tight schedule for activities. My excersise is going according to plan: Day 10: Wednesday did some yoga and walked for 20 minutes Day 11: Thursday rest Day 12: Friday did BBWW I'm having trouble with resisting the snacks. Today as well, I just couldn't stop eating crisps. Luckily my mom took them away at a certain point, but I'm sure that if she wasn't around the whole bag would be empty after a few seconds. I still have the feeling that food is some kind of reward. It's something you can enjoy after a hard day, just a little delicious treat to make you happy. But I need to adjust those thoughts and start to look at food as something that is mostly fuel for the body (of course it can be delicious, but that's not the main aspect). I hope that when I go back to my own appartment this sunday (because I was with my parents for around two weeks) I can make healthy choices in the supermarket and stick to those.
  7. Yeah week 2 is definitely harder. The excersise is going well but it becomes harder to resist snacking. Next challenge I really need to add a diet goal as well,because just excersise isn`t enough to change something.
  8. Hi there! We have some things in common ^^ We're both 20 years old, would like to have a boyfriend (I never had one ><), doing the BBWW and we are in the same squad of awesome! Good luck to you!
  9. Yesterday I did it for the third time ^^ And my weak side is already becoming stronger. I really like the BBWW so far. It's strange because it's really exhausting but I feel way better afterwards than after one hour of cardio.

  11. Week 2: Day 8 Monday: I had a rest day today. Everything went well, until I was watching something late at night and then I grabbed the crisps *sigh*. Why are they so extremely delicious? It's alright when I eat in front of my family, because they know I try to be healthy, but when I'm on my own, nobody sees it so I think the temptation is bigger. But maybe I should remember: "What you eat in private, you wear in public". Day 9 Tuesday: Was feeling kind of weak and miserable today. Didn't have any energy and didn't feel like doing anything. That went on almost the whole day, except for when I thought it would be a good idea to go for a walk after dinner. I walked about 20 minutes and I instantly felt better. And I also had energy to do the BBWW in the end, yay. I'll just have to sleep and tomorrow will be better ^^ Gooooooo!
  12. Wow Aerinity you really inspire me everyday (and I bet I'm not the only one thinking this) Keep it up! I've just done the beginner bodyweight workout, feeling sore but good ^^
