  1. Good luck with it and I´m already excited to see how it will look this time.
  2. Since I am a huge zombie fan and currently getting hyped by the new TWD spinoff and themed challenges provide so much more fun I decided to make it like this xD Main Quest: Get bodyfat down to 12% It is more than just shedding bodyfat but also reaching my limit (don´t believe there is one but just plateaus) and getting into the best shape I can. The motivation for it is the change I already went through so far (losing 30kg) and the effects it had on my entire life (also I wanna be prepared for the incominc zombie apocalypse as good as I can) Sidequest 1: Outrun the walking dead When it comes to zombies it´s always better to be the guy from the right (Shane) Running every morning plus one hour on the bicycle every evening. When the zombies come (not if) cardio will be essential. Wether it will be fast running zombies like in 28 Days Later or slow ones like in The Walking Dead Sidequest 2: Beat the living **** out of the walking dead (pun intended) As we often saw, sometimes there's no way to run and you have to fight your way through. Hacking through zombie hordes takes strength and stamina. 3 sets of my version of the NF BBWW Each set consists of: 20 Squats 10 Pushups 20 Lunges 10 Chinups 20 sec Planking 10 hanging upside down situps Sidequest 3 When the zombies come even McDonalds will be deserted which means we´ll either find some canned food or eat whatever is found in nature, which sounds like a forced paleo diet. I already practice intermittent fasting which would fit the theme so good for more than a year so I chose another quest. Prepare 1 Paleo meal from NF per week Sidequest 4 Since I want to start parkour sooner or later I want to increase my balance and since it looks cool too I decided I want to learn how to make a handstand. Be able to hold a Handstand for 10 seconds at the end of the challenge Life Quest Since things get very hectic and my schedule is filled to the brim this is maybe the most important quest of all. Take 30 minute break a day. Not just any break to eat a KitKat but a break from everything and everyone with the only electronic device nearby to be a musicplayer.
  3. CHALLENGE RECAP Main Quest: D... I actually gained 0.03% BF but also gained 0.02% muscle mass which isn´t that bad. It also means I definitely need to get a dietary quest in next weeks challenge. It was actually a really stressfull past month which unfortunately also means I eat more. SideQuest1: B... I missed out in total on 3 BBWW which were all due to not feeling well/ my knee. This is one area I can really feel the change. I don´t feel like collapsing anymore after I´m done and did 2.5 BBWW rounds this week already and decided to do 3 rounds next channel. I also started doing the flexibility exercises everyday whenever I get time for them or before the BBWW and I can touch my toes way easier now which gives even more joy of progress. My knee pain is gone completely too which is another good sign. Sidequest2: C... I missed in total 8 days of running but I still got used to geting up early which will make the next challenge incredibly easier since I'll start university and this way I can get my workout done before going there(1,5 hour commute by train) Sidequest3: A: I just drank those 3 liters of water everyday. Nowadays even more since I just feel like my body needs more water. Life Quest: F... I just dropped it after week 4 and focused on preparing for the new University I changed to since I loathed the previous one. I still have a positive thing though which is that I already applied for a Spanish course at my new uni and I will start in october. All in All the challenge wasn´t as easy as expected. There´s been a lot of stuff going on in my life which didn´t let me focus on myself as much as I wanted to. I really appreciate all encouraging comments on here and I hope I can give some of that back in the next challenge. Now that uni starts and I´ll hopefully have a less irratic schedule I´ll be able to be more active on the forum since that´s the main reason I joined.
  4. Thanks. I´m better already and back to my schedule of running in the morning even though it´s starting to get really cold.
  5. He campiado mis planes. I ditched it for studying for college which started this week. But there is a spanish course I can take there and I will start in october. It went fine except for sunday when I got a cold and had to skip my bbww. Thanks for asking
  6. Thanks for the encouragement. It´s a little needed after a rather rough week. Are you checking up on the Assassin's recruits?
  7. There´s been a few bumps( got sick and hurt my knee) which made me miss 2 workouts but all in all it goes better than expected. The only problem I have, is that it´s hard to find make time to get on here and get more involved. The attribute points are allocated at the end of the challenge right? Because I remember reading about allocating half of them at the middle of challenge one somewhere.
  8. Week 2,3,4 Recap So even though 3 weeks passed(omg when did the time go by) I´m still holding unto the challenge. It´s been some really busy weeks with lots of work and stress but also really awesome moments. First of all I basically failed the Life challenge so far since I haven´t done anything these last 2 weeks.(I´ll still try do my best in the remaining two weeks). 1.Concerning the BBWW I´m really happy that I held unto it and didn´t skip any day so far and I really feel the progress. 2.The running every morning didn´t work out evryday because of really heavy rain and a few days of sickness(even fainted for the first time in my life) but I still start to feel like I enjoy it and it´s not a torture. 3. I have a water diary where I just note it down whenever I drink and how much I drink and somehow I feel the need to drink more on colder days than on the really hot ones. Now that´s the status on the Sidequests. Apart from that I started doing the stretching exercises everyday that I got in the newsletter some time from NF and I can touch my toes a tiny winy bit easier but every little success is still a huge joy. What did give me the biggest joy in these 3 weeks was that during a nightshift on the ambulance we had to do CPR on a guy and actually while it was my turn do the CPR I started to feel the heart beat again and long story short he did a full recuperation with no brain damages or anything and will hopefully soon be let out of hospital.
  9. Heyo, I must say the layout of your beginning post already tells me you put effort into this and really want to stick with it which I admire ( the pics make it look really cool too). Your job really does seem to take it´s toll on you but your goals seem to be kind of a counterbalance to it. I wish you the best of luck for the coming 3rd week!
  10. I don´t thin I can thank you enough for that link. It makes studying easier and defenitely more enjoyable. Until now the goal I feared the most to not achieve was Spanish but that changed now xD And yes I need to write a longer update and make the goals more specific too. I hope I´ll get to it tommorow when done with work. Thanks for the encouragement too
  11. Week 1 Update So now a week is over and things go really well but I adjusted quite a few things: 1. I don´t do the BBWW as it is on the site but I modified it. I do 2 sets for now but replaced the dumbbell rows with 10 chinups and the jumping jacks with 10 hanging down sit-ups. 2. Since the enough sleep is rather vague I'd rather replace it with drinking 3 liters of water per day which I did the last 3 days now.
  12. Hey guys and gals. Future Assassin here. There's so many assassins to chose as an inspiration choosing one is not enough. The first assassin coming to mind is Ezio (almost cried when his story ended in revelations but shhh) his growth from hot blooded teen to a man with the right priorities is definitely something to aspire to. The second one that comes to mind is Jason Bourne with his allroundness. Last but not least Chun Woo Han from The Breaker for being a badass at the pinnacle of physical condition. 13. Hi, thanks for stopping by. The Assassins guild is actuay what I was eyeing on when I looked around here a little. Thanks with providing me with the links and an "early" warm welcome xD Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  14. Thank you xD. My solution is to take the TV out of the bedroom and turn off the phone when I go to sleep which is around 11. This took my greatest sleep depriviators away^^ Especially since I made the rule be done with any studying/work at 8pm (not always possibler but usually it is). Thanks for the advice, I'll check that thread out. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

    Challenge 1.1

Hey everyone. As you see this is my challenge 1.1 since about one year ago I started my first challenge on here. I didn't go through with it for various reasons but somehow still kept getting healthy in the tops of my prioroties. Anyway since that is not enough and in the spirit of the Rebellion I want to test my "limits"(which don't exist according to Bruce Lee). MAIN QUEST Get bodyfat percentage to 12%. Sidequest 1 BBWW every second day Sidequest 2 Going running every morning at 06:00am Sidequest 3 Getting enough sleep/resting time everyday. Life Quest: Start learning spanish 3 times per week. I know it needs some more tweaking and more details but I'd rather have it posted now so there's no going back whatsoever.
