UUh im new to this so here I go My main quest is to get in better shape. I know that it is a very broad goal.My reason for this is so it will be a goal that i can carry with my throughout my whole life. Kind of like an eternal quest. MY first three goals are to: 1.Do the BBWW at least 3 times a week for 3 weeks 2.Get to sleep before 12:30 and work until im fully asleep at 11:00 3.Finally do Yoga twice a week for 3 weeks Those are my first set of basic goals im doing all of this so that hopefully one day I can look in the mirror and be proud!
