  1. O man.... I fell ill this week, got some bronchial infection but not bronchitis. Gonna have start week 2 back up next Monday [emoji29] But everyone keep up the great work! Your guys posts still keep me motivated!
  2. I haven't feeling to we'll lately so reps are a little low and forgot to post Saturday week 1 day 4 work out But still completed week 2 day 1 today! And finished with 10 minutes of very light yoga. Week 2 day 1 Week 1 Day 4 Anders reps on this one due to really focusing on for and double the numbers for RDL, twists, and lunges. Because of doing equal amount on each leg.
  3. I did finish week 1 of the yayog work out yesterday! Just no Internet till now but will post the reps soon. Reps low this time around due to focusing on for more than anything. Especially on RDL and squats because I finally watched myself in the mirror and thought my back was straight for squats but it still had a little curve going on. But thanks everyone and great job on week 1! Week 2 starts tomorrow
  4. Just finished the 3rd YAYOG work out of week 1 and 10 minutes of yoga! Feel great Walked like 2 miles today too. Rest day tomorrow but also get to check out my potentially new home! [emoji41] Great job everyone!
  5. Just finished yayog workout day 2 and 10 minutes of yoga Did sets on both legs for lunges, RDLS, and swimmers i.e. 10 RDLs on each leg Really liking this work out so far! Day 3 tomorrow
  6. Count me in as a villain. I'm thinking Magneto, maybe? Or aide up character?
  7. No yayog workout today, today 20 minutes strength yoga, about 2 miles walked, and about 1 mile running. Tomorrow is my day 2 day for the yayog workout. I walk so much because I have no car and have to walk to most places. Great job everyone on day 2 thanks for the motivation!
  8. @cn3wton thanks! chin ups with no assist. And I'll have to try the let me ups with the stool next time!
  9. Got the app and love it! Just finished first work out! Couldn't do let me ups due to no sturdy tables. but I have one of those pull up bars that latch to the door and remove whenever so instead just switched for chin ups. Hopefully that loaded correctly, sorry on the tablet. And already walked around 3 miles today and about to do 10-15 min of yoga Great job everyone!
  10. Is this group going to in the next challenge??? I just recently joined NF and love the matrix! Would be awesome if you guys could! Thanks!
  11. Yea lol but thanks man! Matrix is my thing! Could you post a link to it or the location of it? Please
  12. Hello, I'm Daniel and just downloaded this app today I'm 6'0" and a mere 127 pounds. I'll be doing the basic routine. My goal is to gain weight and reach a healthy weight of 158. Of course not it 10 weeks but over the long run. I'll be doing this work out M W Th Sa Already do yoga 4-5 times a week And want to start running at least twice a week Already walk a mile or 2 everyday due to excess energy I also have a MFP but how do you follow people and stuff on it? Love this site thanks for posting this! P.S. I saw that there was a red pill group? Where, who, and what's it about? Please and thank you!
  13. Perfect! Thanks yes I'm in MD so Wegmans it is!
  14. I'll have to try that! Do you know where I could find hemp protein in any stores? Or can you only purchase it online? I did some research on it and it sounds so much better than regular protein powder which my stomach NEVER did well with. Thanks for the input!
  15. Hello, I'm Daniel and I'm a little different because I am actually very underweight and have been for many years. I have a medical condition that doesn't allow my body to absorb nutrients from food if gluten or dairy has been consumed. Now I can't seem to stop eating those types of food. Even though they're terrible for me. My biggest problem is that I tend to binge eat. A lot. And these episodes of binge eating are typically with gluten and dairy foods. I am currently 22 years old, 6'0" tall, and weigh 127 pounds. Someone my height and age should be 150-160 pounds. Since trying hard to gain weight in high school using supplements and eating all sorts of very unhealthy foods and then not gaining a single pound but lost 5 instead; I ended up giving up and staying the same for years till now. After finding this site I've had this new motivation because of this living your life like a rpg. I fell in love with the idea. Now I'll be training to be a Druid Assassin. Now, I'm quite the noob when it comes to forum posting so apologies for any errors done. But thanks everyone, if it wasn't for so many of your stories, I don't think I would have been able to take the first step.
