This'll be my first 6 week challenge - here goes! Challenge 1: do 15 consecutive pull ups, without kipping - I can do 10 at the mo, so this would be made of awesome Challenge 2: 3 pull ups on the easiest bit of the fingerboard at my uni's climbing wall - right now I don't have the finger strength to manage even one, so this'll be tough! Challenge 3: stretch every day - I have really tight calves, hamstrings and low back, which is limiting my mobility and causing me some back pain - time to get it sorted! Challenge 4: play Heart Shaped Box from start to finish - just starting to play e guitar and so far I'm loving it
