I feel that with bodyweight excersise im gaining a lot of control over my body and resistance, but I feel i can't lift more weight than before, so im looking for some kind of balance and some peopoe told me to do some free weight to accomplis that. That's why im here.

So hello forum this is my second post. Like the title say I want to mid body weight + gym free weight. Ive been doing bodyweight for like a year now and i want to try something new. My actual routine is 6 bi-series in total: 10 wide pull ups + 20 push ups (1) 10 chin ups + 10 dips (2) (1) (2) (1) (2) With some abs and proper stretch and warm up before starting of course. I do this 6 days a week mixed with some bicycle or running or jumping rope. Question 1: will it be okay to mix free weight + bodyweight excersise? Question 2: if so, would it be okay like 3 days free weight + 3 days body? Im kinda noob on this topic so I hope you guys can help me, any tip will be apreciated. Thanks! P.d: sorry for the english. Pretty good spanish. Well my english is not perfect but i'll try my best. I've been training myself only in bodyweight for like a year.
