  1. I've been absent as wel.. Working 40 hours + doing house renovations for 40 hours eachs week leaves me with about 6 hours of sleep each night and zero casual browsing the internet time. We will move coming saturday so the end is near!
  2. Daily log #7: First full week on this challange! - Almost a full paleo except for 2 regular potatoes and about 100g of butter at dinner. the butter was combined with some really nice local organic meat which was just delicious! - Did about 30 burpees - Spend the better part of the day talking and thinking about the new house. We have about 4 weeks left for rebuilding the bathroom, painting everything and put in some new semi-hardwood floors. Gonne be fun!
  3. Daily log #6 - Had 2 sandwiches at lunch so not a good day at the paleo front. Will count this as cheatday #1. 5 cheatdays to go! - The burpees really did kill me. Was sore all day and only managed to do 1 set of 20 pushups before falling to sleep at night - Spend the whole day buying stuff for our new house (floors, showers, drains etc). Really exhausting but fun!
  4. Daily log #5 - Good day on the paleo goal, no problems and ate 400g of steak! - Did a 100 burpees, 10 at a time. First few sets where okay but the last 10 were really killing me! - Talked some more to our landlord, contractor, notary and found out the tiles were even cheaper then we tought!

  7. Daily log #4 - First high calorie day on the paleo goal, I think I ate about 500g of nuts - Rest day for my legs. Hope to wear them out by doing some burpees todat! - Dit day2 of the 6week to a 100 pushup challange. 10-12-8-8-20 for a total of 58 pushups. I gave 1/2 litre blood yesterday and just before I went into the clinic I realized I didn't do my pushups. After giving blood they warn against heavy lifting so I did them outside (in the rain!) - Told our landlord we were cancelling the lease on november the 5th, bought tiles for the bathroom at 19% discount! Saved me about €350. Really happy about that.
  8. Thanks everyone for your support! Daily log #3 - Another good day on the paleo goal - Did about a 120 regular squats followed by some Squat Jumps. They full a little akward so I have to work on my form there. - Had a restday for arms so no progress there. Except feeling sore the whole day - Had contact with our notary about the deposit I made for our new house Had a serious discussion with my wife about the whole eating paleo. I lost about 3 kg in one month and that is not what I'm aiming for. Did some calculations and found out that even tough I think I'm eating a lot I really don't. Regular breakfast + lunch is only about 700 kcal So from today on I'm going to eat a lot more nuts and add more meat to my diet. We'll see if this changes things.
  9. Daily log #2 - Good progress on the paleo goal - Did another 50 failed attempts at the pistol squat, this time by holding on to a doorhandle. Progress is minimal but it's there! - Did the first day of the 100pushup program, total of 46 pushups + 30 minutes of swimming! - Called another contractor to ask about his availability + prices for painting the kitchen

  11. Loving this thread and your general attitude! You're really on the right track towards leveling up your life! P.S. You're doing a better pistol squat then me!
