  1. WELL IMA KILL THAT ONE TOO!!!! haha. I felt like the first one was the ignition...the fire to the wood you know? So now it's time to get really serious.
  2. ARTHAS CROME IS SUPER AWESOME. So the challenge I would say is a SUCCESS. This challenge I lost weight but not in target range. I actually weigh 160lbs. now. I lost lbs. out of nowhere one day and that's where it was like....whoa....did I do that? Unfortunately, I still can't lift more than my weight. I feel like that's a plan that's going to take some time to achieve. I can't say I'm sexy but damn....do I look a lot better than last time I've been more active and engaged in physical activity and sometimes I actually LIKE to do this stuff. It's weird how your mindset changes after a while. And to celebrate... I had a good Cinnamon Bun. Yeah I know bad choice but hey, I do it every once in a while so it's not that bad
  3. lmao.....well yeah...I think. I do eat avocado almost everyday but other than that I have stuff like just eggs and salad. Ok so maybe I might not be.... :/
  4. The answer to the first question is no. I'm not getting fatter, but I'm also not losing weight. I'm gaining muscle instead. I'm always hungry because I think that before the diet I was always snacking and that trait might have carried on. Plus, I haven't got rid of processed foods completely so...
  5. Last week????? Damn....Seems like it wasn't even that long. haha It's a piece of cake....NOT. This was hard as heck but I can't but feel AWESOME.
  6. I just didn't study too hard. Results may have made me made but it was my mistake.
  7. Whoops... Day 17-31!!!!! Main Goal Average: B. Right in the middle. Why? Because for the most part I did really good...But then again I had a few mishaps... There was a few cheat days so I can't honestly say I'm in this Diet thing 100%. I don't find that a big problem because I do enjoy life's little pleasures like brownies and whatnot. I'm not losing anymore weight...EVEN AFTER THAT MANY DAYS???? Which brings me to my next average... Diet: Again a B. I'm not having trouble with the diet but I do struggle with the urges to have something else after I eat. I'm constantly hungry on the Paleo Diet. School: B++. Getting better and better every time. Overall I think I was doing relatively good. Even though I hadn't posted on here that much, I still made adjustments to my lifestyle and how I eat. I realized I couldn't go into the whole workout and diet a 100% thing so I had to at least go into it 80-90% but that's why I'M SO AWESOME. Because I realized that simple fact...It takes time to get where I want to be and for me to keep going just makes me better than AWESOME. I'M SUPER AWESOME NOW. P.S. I noticed I shrunk a little tummy fat. Abs aren't showing yet but I can DEFINITELY tell they're there. It's awesome how I switched up my workout so I can get a good looking body. Best part is the fact that I don't have to workout as much and yet....I'M STILL GETTING RESULTS!!!!!!! Life's great isn't it?
  8. its so hard when people doubt you but my dad told me he was proud of me today....that really made me happy. It gives me more confidence.
  9. Day 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16! Main Goal: B++! Diet: B. School Grade: B. Overall: B. Why?: So over these days I began to see my motivation take highs and lows, ALL WITHIN A WEEK? It's surprising because there were moments I doubted myself and then moments where I really pushed myself. This week was by far the toughest because I had 1 or 2 cheats of meals, 3 rest days (with minimal training like running) due to injury in the back where the arm is that's from working out, and quizzes and whatnot. Had a lot on my mind recently but it's all good. Today is the 16th day if i'm counting right. I've already worked out in the morning and have been eating good either way today. In other words, I'm back on track and still trying to do what I do best, BE AWESOME. P.S. I felt lazy when it came to bolding all these words today. Hope you guys don't mind considering it is a lot of work. :/
  10. Day 11 Complete (rest?) Main goal: B. Diet: A. School: C. WHY?: I might consider rethinking my first goal. Instead of losing weight, I'm building muscle. :/ So I might just change it and besides that, my diet is the same. School was ALRIGHT. I studied and whatnot but didn't really do so well on some quizzes. Gotta' study more. MORE. Still...I'M AWESOME.

  12. Day 8, 9, 10 in a Nutshell! Main Goal: A Diet: A School: B++ WHY?: So I've decided to rest yesterday but most of my goals are doing great. I haven't stepped on a scale yet! I know now what my rest days are most likely going to be and this whole challenge...isn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. Of course, there is the temptation to make stuff from my previous diet like pizza or pancakes but is it so wrong to want to do that? I don't want to give up eating pancakes for breakfast and I know there's a recipe for it so why does my dad take it so harshly? We're eating healthier, yeah, but let us not stray away from the things we love in moderation. Besides, eggs everyday is getting boring already. I want to liven up the cooking space with Paleo. Anyways, I'm starting to notice where I should be as far as looks wise(body fat percentage). It looks like I might be looking like a guy from MMA but that's alright, I don't mind. College is usually the same but I've noticed that working with friends always helps to get the job done and my first 2 parts of a Unit 1 exam went awesome. Either way, I'm looking at a great future 'cause I'M AWESOME.
