  1. I will have to look at the whole chickens even though I hit costco up once a month and the normal grocery store every week.
  2. I try to eat strawberries for breakfast instead of bananas because high potassium levels
  3. You should look up the couch 2 5k plan its a great way to start running
  4. Warrior Dash is a fun affair work on 1-2 mile runs and do full body workouts in between 2 runs if you can. Doing tha warrior Dash with friends is the best way to do it. I had a blast when I did mine, even though most of the time was helping others it wasn't a race that I worried about my time.

  6. if you do bench dips and have a partner with, they could put a weight on your lap to up it as well. You may need another bench to lift your legs higher though
  7. I'm talking about the huge bags you can buy at like costco's not the tv dinners
  8. how much difference, healthwise, is there between frozen foods to fresh foods, say chicken? Its just so much cheaper to buy in bulk when its frozen. So I was wondering.
  9. This is always a hit at my house and its easy and if your cooking for one you will have lots of left overs oven baked chicken and vegetables
  10. I use to get a lot of cramps in my arms and it was from the way I slept if you have one arm above head or under pillow it could cause it, but after I stopped that it stopped. Even though I got a lot of pain now from hitting my heavy bag for over an hour last week lol kind of killing my workouts right now! let me know how this works out for you.

  13. I started this book this week and has a lot of good ideas as well as a good progression to way more advance workings! Just think Spartacus and Greek gods and you got what your working towards with this book

  15. I have always had tight hamstrings and the Standing-Separate-Leg-Head-to-Knee-Pose has always worked for me. Just remember not to over do your stretches and kill it more........ just go out of your comfort zone.
