  1. New Pr ' S dead lifts 405 lbs squats 355 lbs bench 270 lbs. Would like to get both squats and deads up to 500 lbs.
  2. I've been running 5 miles a day since last April. Also been cycling different types of workouts and I'm on week 5 of a muscle building program takes about an hour and 45 to get through it. I got up late and decided since it was leg day I would just pop off a quick mile and hit the weights. And it was a heavy day so 6 rep max X 4 sets. Loaded up with 225 on squats and blasted through that like nothing. Loaded up smooth 2 45's to make 315 did 2 sets of 6. Them the last set added 2 5 lbs plate. To make 100 lbs over my norm. Same with leg press 150 lbs over my norm. It's amazing what a difference not running made.
  3. Some 1 please post a link to this article. I would like to read it. Thanks
  4. Been running 5 miles a day for several months now. Just a lax pace usually finish around 50 minutes. A couple weeks ago I decided I wanted to do it in under 44 minutes and failed several times. Got it today though 42:21 having problems uploading a pic to prove it.
  5. There is a local semi pro team the blue racers. And it looks like I missed the try outs. For 2015 it was Wednesday Dec 6. Maybe give it a try next year.
  6. No I have no interest in coaching or joining the military. I have no illusions of playing pro football. It would probably be a long shot to even make the squad. But man it would be nice to at least try.
  7. Thanks rooks I am pining for glory. I have not talked to anyone in my personal life about this for I believe I would be met with the same amount of skepticism of not more than what I've been Givin on this forum. As for Financials it would be tough with out a doubt. But I provided for myself and my wife while she went to nursing school although that was before our son was born.
  8. The goal would be to play football. Not to get a degree.
  9. African American studies probably. For what reason who knows lol I'm not even black. I can always find a job making the same or more than I am now so losing this job really means nothing. I like to listen to motivational speeches while working out and they always preach going after what you want and don't stop for fear of failure.
  10. I'm 31 married with a 1 year old little boy who more than anything I want to inspire. I've worked at the same job for almost 10 years. But I can't stop thinking about quitting my job and going to college to play football. Oh and maybe get a degree. What do you think to old and slow at this point?
  11. I enjoyed the read thanks. I guess I fail the natural test and need to seek out a good testosterone dealer as I don't think I've had morning wood in the better part of a decade.
  12. You are not promised tomorrow only this moment this second this time this is it. Don't put off till tomorrow what can be done today. Good luck and way to stick it out
