  1. My office manager has sent me a menu to pick my meal choices from, for the Christmas outing in December. I don't think any of the options are paleo, but can I please ask for everyone's help to pick the most paleo options?   2. This last week has been a bit manic. I haven't really been pushing myself to meet my goals, but as of the beginning of this week I'm getting back on track. Hopefully later on tonight I'll post an update with today's workout.
  3. How long would you say that takes you to prepare and cook in the morning?
  4. No I moved recently and only got my 360 hooked up to the internet just as the beta ended, which was very irritating! Played with friends again last night and I'm now beginning to get back into the swing of things. I was disappointed again though when I finally unlocked the Stinger launcher only to have jet and helicopter pilots deploy bloody countermeasures.
  5. Update Unfortunately due to monetary restrictions I am going to have to drop my second exercise/diet goal of getting some Vibrams. I simply cannot afford them right now! In place of that goal however, I am adding a second lifestyle goal to actually live within my budget for the whole of November. I've already worked it out, accounting for everything, now I just need to stick by it!

Sunday 30 Oct Finally got around to taking my starting measurements As of today mine are: Neck: 14"Shoulders: 17"Chest: 36"Bicep: 11.5"Waist: 33"Hips: 32"Thigh: 20.5"Unfortunately although I managed my measurements I didn't get around to any exercise today! Bad I know, but tomorrow is a new week.
  7. Friday 28 Oct Did interval training regime in evening, before settling in for a night of getting slaughtered on Battlefield 3! Saturday 29 Oct 3 sets of - 23 squats11 press ups26 lunges (13 on each legs)18 second plank30 jumping jacks18 second side plank either side15 bent over rows with each arm, using my briefcase15 leg raises15 hip raisesGoing to drop the number of reps again so I can get four full sets in.
  8. Got Battlefield 3 the other day, played it Friday night with some friends and got absolutely slaughtered. It doesn't help that Americans have had a few days practice over us Brits.
  9. Thursday 27 Oct No exercise besides 12 push ups before bed today, due to having dinner with family.

Wednesday 26 Oct A successful progression on my bodyweight routine tonight: 4 sets of - 22 squats10 press ups24 lunges (11 on each legs)17 second plank30 jumping jacks17 second side plank either side14 bent over rows with each arm, using my briefcase14 leg raises14 hip raisesFinished off with a sit up combo of 10, followed by 5 with my knee raised, 5 with my leg raised and straight, 5 again with just the knee up, then repeated with the other leg.
  11. I've finally got a hold of my Catwoman DLC for Arkham City so last night I restarted the game and played through one of her segments. I'm really enjoying the game now. Rocksteady have fixed many of my problems with Arkham Asylum, such as not being able to counter multiple attacks. Combat now flows so much better than it used to and it looks so much cooler! I've pre ordered Battlefield 3, which was apparently dispatched on Tuesday despite me being in the UK, where the release date isn't until tomorrow. My plan for the weekend is go get a team with some buddies together and pwn some n00bs!
  12. Tuesday 25 Oct Did my interval training in the evening, up and down the stairs in my block again. I'm waiting for payday next Monday to order my bar and Vibrams. I have already sent a message to a group of my friends, asking them when they'll be able to come down to Brighton. Now I'm just waiting for them to sort themselves out, which they are notoriously bad at doing!

My challenge goals are: Exercise/Diet Get a pull up/chin up bar and be able to do at least one of each of those.Level up my body weight exercise regime, by increasing the number of sets from 3 to 4, and increasing the reps of each exercise to 25. Where exercises are timed I should be able to hold positions for 30 seconds.Lifestyle Finish doing my research into North American universities to study for a Politics MA at. Choose the three I want to apply to. Begin the applications process.Get all my friends down to Brighton for a weekend.Edit: Live within my budget for November.Fail Goal Meet a girl in Brighton and get a date. Seeing as I don't know anyone in Brighton this may well fail, but it's something I would like to happen so I've got to try!I'm going to upload a picture and starting measurements at some point this week, when I get around to taking a picture and measuring myself!
  14. Cheers! I'd use weights for my bent over rows and other things, but I'm currently too poor/stingy to shell out for them. Plus I move homes a lot for work so it's not particularly practical.
