Hey, I'm back, and I need help! All my allies, all my friends, any supporters out there. I need to quit with the sugar and the over eating. But especially where it concerns sugar.
I've put on weight (not a ton, but enough so I'm bothered by it) and I keep putting it on.
There's a long story behind all this, but it's mostly excuses. Here's what I want to do:
Stop overeating. Don't eat added sugar.Am going to put myself in the four-week challenge, with this as my single goal. Steps towards eliminating added sugar in my diet.
Now, who has my back? Because I know I can't do this alone. And I'll warn you: It's going to get... boring. Because reading about how I'm craving sugar and not eating it, or relapsing, and eating it, and then coming back and trying to stop again might get dull.
