  1. awesome... i like that it's a tiny book... i think it's a paper he wrote adapted into a small book... goes to show it doesn't have to be huge, deep and impenetrable to be good... hahaha...

  3. it's all good. i've slipped in keeping up here because i needed the extra sleep to make something good happen in my life... i've been reaching for a goal... when i get there, i'll let you all in on what it was... :)

  17. that was a while ago... wonder how you found it... anyhow it's a great book that focuses on leveling up... the water chapter is a little far out there... filtered is ok with me... but is packed with a lot of basic information... i hope you got it cheap on amazon or one of the online used bookstores...

  21. Thanks... I try to be positive... the alternative sux... maybe one day you'll cheer me up when I'm down... you'll do fine... when the chips are down we all use what we can to get through what we need to... cheers...

  23. I sucked at running too a year ago. I didn't do anything special. I started walking for an hour 6x a week @3mph. I increased speed a little at a time. I pushed myself, but I was careful about avoiding injury. I didn't run for 3-4 months. I worked in running intervals slowly as cardio conditioning and leg strength increased. I also read a lot of articles online about running form to avoid injury. The key is doing it 6x/wk and being consistent. Everything else was secondary.
