  1. Born and raised in Atco, NJ but now live in Newark, DE. I'm only an hour away form mostly everywhere in South Jersey and I come up a lot to visit my parents and some friends. It'll be cool to catch up with some new like minded people if you ever decide to do something I'd be inclined to make the drive.
  2. New to the forum so I felt i should pop in and say hey! So far I've found some useful information to do with bodyfat % on the NF site. My overall goal is to get down to a 12-15% that I'm already started. I just need to stop being so dam lazy and measure what my current % is.

  4. I'd recommend reading through this article and trying the 5-3-1 program. It's simple and doesn't involve anything too crazy. I would just add some finishers to the end of each lift day like pullups, sprints, med ball slams, etc. After you complete that you can start a different program depending on what you want to focus on.   5. Go high bar back squat for now. Low bar is a bit more technical and can give the tendency of leaning forward. Don't worry, you'll get used to it and it won't injure you. i didn't bother reading the other posts so disregard if you already were told this.
  6. I'm new here but I didn't see a Delaware thread so...Boom, here one is. What's up everyone?
