  2. Heya, I know I am late into this challenge, but I want to begin right away. A little about me...I have been dieting since I was 10 years old. (22 now). I have tried everything from not eating to the grapefruit diet and I have reached a point where I am tired of failing. I am a rather petite woman, 5'3, 125lbs, with that awful awful awful tummy gut. So.. My Main Quest is to have 18% body fat. Quest 1: Perform cardio workout for 30 minuets, 5 days a week. I just hate working out. Full time college student, full time employee....last thing I want to do is workout. (But no excuses, right?!)
