Honestly the more my mom does this, more I just want to leave. Sadly, have no stable income. *sigh*

What could motivate you t do it? Try to make her give you a half hour of adult time and sit down and write out a plan. Ways that she should talk to you, ways that you will talk to her, methods for bringing it up in a non aggressive manner when the other strays from the rules. You can run through the woods, looking for your destination and get lost, or you can grab a map and follow the path. I think everyone can benefit from a relationship map/plan.

I'll add to the above: put your energy and dedication into finding steady income. Once you can afford to run your own life, you'll have many more choices.
