  3. Did pretty good for first week of 6-week challenge. And it's nice being able to do 160 secs for elbow plank. Let's hope I do better this week.

But for now, doing the bare minimum to clean my clothes. I got better things to do like internet.

  9. Also re. the vegetables goal: I may have been grossly over-estimating what "one serving" of vegetables looks like. In other words, the 4 points I gave myself yesterday may actually be something around 9 points. Oops? I'll figure it out later. I'm eating way too much crap, though, probably because of extreme stress and anxiety. I was an idiot and opened the peanut butter jar, and the peanut butter jar is the food equivalent of Pandora's Box. AND DAD GOT A 10-PACK OF PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE FROM ONE OF THE LOCAL BAKERIES AND THEIR COOKIES ARE WORSE THAN HEROIN.   10. Did elbow planks today, made it to 160 secs. My body was too tired after that to attempt regular planks. Finished my book for the week. And almost done with another book. Talked to 2 people today. Attempted a 3rd, a fellow geek, who had seriously cool Star Wars Christmas t-shirt. He sadly didn't hear me. So use to seeing on the side of the road and not at the gym.
  11. It's ridiculously long. And it's joked to be Ulysses of webcomics. I been meaning to finish it, but life got in the way.
  12. I did really good for my first week, only issue is the noobs hog all the treadmills, so didn't get that goal down this week. Should do in the weekday for running (lets hope doesn't snow again)

  15. Pretty decent so far. I started running again. Something I been pushing off doing out of laziness. Though hard getting a treadmill because all the resolutionors focus their time on that. Stinks being in NY in the winter time, can't run outside (hate how snowing on and off). Also, being doing the Spartan plank challenge. So far for the regular plank I'm now at 60 secs and elbow plank at 100 secs. Started doing my challenge for learning how to do a push-up. It's a work in progress, but the planks are helping. Starting feel comfortable with weightlifting. I for the second time wore just leggings while doing zumba this week (never feel comfortable wearing non-baggy clothes) because I'm not dying in there. Slowly forcing myself to get comfortable with my body. Oh the joy of learnt body shame from when I was a kid. First few minutes are always feel like a fish out of water. Slowly got better. Though I realize they were bit too big on me. Maybe I'll get bit more comfortable and buy good pair of yoga leggings. Just don't want to deal with the comments of my mom And I been forcing myself to random people every day. Since I will avoid people like the plague. I'm pretty shy. Oh and I started to set up etsy store to sell all that old vintage jewelry I have lying around. I can put it toward traveling.

  20. Did just the regular plank today, made it to 60 secs. And I talked to around 7 people today. Weekend crowd tends to be the harder to get through since most of them are resolutionors, who want nothing to do with you. Oh well. Next week I like to work on my conversations a little bit because I have times where I can't think of what to add to the conversation. Also, like to talk to people in places people normally don't talk to people (I'm looking at you grocery store).

  22. I'm very clueless with scrapbooking. All I know is there's photos and huge section in the art store devolved to it. And I don't remember much of what I've learn in 6th grade. I think that might of been the year we did the Greek agora.
  23. I wish my house was like that. My parents already setting up their expectations to be quit disappointed. Because you know my feeling of women are a phase. Part of me wants to come out just to get them to stop assume every guy I talk to, I'm going to hook up with. There should be cake though

    If you set an alarm on your phone or a few, which will be your time each day to do that one thing. I notice if I do that (that alarm is so annoying), I will actually do my meditation
