  4. 7 October 2014 Starting over with not really a clean slate. 36 years old, 235 pounds, married to a beautiful woman, father to a wonderful baby girl.   5. I'm pulling the trigger on my first challenge with the Rebellion. No more excuses, just time to get the journey started. I have a long history with being in my physical prime and losing it, only to find it again. I turned 36 this August and currently weigh 235, up nearly 40 pounds from my ideal. My first child was born in June. She will graduate from college when I am 58. I feel okay now, but... this path I am currently on will not support me being a great husband to an amazing wife and great dad for much longer. Time to fight back!
