  1. Is there anything more convenient than the large tub of protein/shaker bottle combo? I travel a lot and would love to be able to have something a little more grab-and-go. Any suggestions?
  2. I got into working out about 6 months ago and still haven't found a good system for getting my protein. My gym is about 15 minutes from my home, and I like to mix my protein with milk so I usually wait until I get home to have my protein. By the time I finish my workout, shower in the gym, and get home it's usually over 30 minutes after my lift, so I miss that absorption window. I don't like the environmental impact of Muscle Milk-type drinks, but sometimes that seems like the best option. What is your method/strategy for getting your protein?
