Or blissplosion from mouth to stomach? Can't decide the correct label.

  18. Wednesday. Skipped morning because I woke up just in time to leave for work and then immediately get pulled over by the cops. 15 minutes late for work. Evening horizontal. Ramped to 4x3 then a high rep set. Supersetted paused rows during the ramp, but realized that my hams were still shot. Flapped the scaps instead. I don't seems to be getting much effect out of the paused rows anymore. Time to switch it up.
