  1. @DustMite: I actually have frozen vegetables in my freezer! Overall I seem to be doing ok, but it's those rushed days when the fried food looks really good O.o @Ironboy: thanks for the cheers! @SuperxMike: XD I actually just looked at Steve's guide to real life roleplaying. Yoga falls in the druid area, so druid class I am taking! I don't actually have a character sheet (though that'd be AWESOME), but I love dnd and star wars roleplaying, so I had to try it. The only tricky part I see is the life goals; they don't seem to fit into any one class. Maybe we could add a sage class? And what would the prestige classes look like? *continues geeing out* Anyway, I rather underestimated the height of my hurdle for this challenge. I have an anxiety disorder, so getting myself to post frequently is taking more effort than I planned for. ^^; But I'm still going and thanks for all the encouragement! I missed one yoga practice last week, but everything else has been going well. I was actually really surprised at how much easier life was when I did my homework on time (shocker, I know). Though, making myself sit still for the entire meditation time is proving to be… tricky. And for the life of me, I can't get my forehead to stop itching. Ok, good to get all that off my chest. If I missed anything you wanted to hear about, let me know!

  3. Deciding to start this challenge is great for my grades, terrible for my sanity. But the meditation has been going wheel, I'm always surprised when the five minutes is up.

Life Goals: Attend class everyday (including optional ones) Turn in every homework assignment on time Fitness Goals: (+1000 Druid Exp) Meditate everyday, starting at 5 minutes, increasing by 5 each week Practice Hatha Yoga, starting at 15 minutes, increasing by 5 each week Add a variation to a pose each week. Fail Goal: (+500 Druid Exp) Eat Paleo everyday (as much as possible in a dorm, hence the fail ) Finishing each week will result in 1/6 of a level experience in Druid, leading me up to my first level by the end of the six weeks. The focus is to start making new habits and adding tools to get my anxiety under control. NOW BRING IT ON, FIRST CHALLENGE!
  6. BRING IT ON! Time to beat this first challenge into the dust! Going to work on the druid class first (excluding the vegetarian part), then cross-class into the assassins in future months. Life Goal: OWN these anxiety issues by finishing up the college semester strong. This means attending all classes (including optional ones) and turning in all homework (finished) on time. Fitness/Diet Goals: 1) Eat Paleo every day (as much as possible in a dorm with no kitchen and no money). Dessert allowed once a week. 2) Meditate for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 mins each week respectively, and everyday for that week's time. 3) Practice Hatha Yoga for 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 mins each week respectively, three times a week.
