  1. Hi all This is my Level 1 challenge thread. My main goal is: to lose at least 2kg My side quests are: 1 to bench press 80kg 2 to do 10 full pull-ups 3 walk 30min a day I am only 16Yrs old, but I am on my way to becoming a parkour traceur and a personal trainer. Any feedback is appreciated
  2. Hi Assassins I was reading this guilds description and it sounds perfect for what I am aspiring for. I am very new and still slightly confused by the forum so what should I do first? I already wear a ton of black and I am a huge fan of Bouldering, Parkour, Gymnastics and fitness in general. I am only 16 Yrs old, but I am working towards becoming a parkour traceur (spelling?) and a Personal trainer. I am currently training about 80% bodyweight and 20% weights and mixed. Any help on my goals would be hugely appreciated PS: do I have to post "before" pictures anywhere? Dark Assassin
